M&L for Servicing HT VCB panel cum breaker 1250/800/630A 13.1KA rating Indoor type make of SEIMENS/ CROMPTON/ SCHINDER after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel draw out VCB breakers, earth fault relay, checking alignment of VCB isolating contact, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decarburizing of panel, bus bar section & circuit section including incoming/ outgoing cables, provide necessary HT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary, with and including replacement of worn-out/defective spares like tension springs, torsion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers and de-carbonizing all joints, bus bar, CTs, PTs spout metal parts and making VCB perfect operation in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance of breaker under the supervision of authorized dealer /representative and reconnecting the panel/breaker in its original position and testing all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The rate quoted inclusive of all minor spares and consumables etc. required at site. M&L for Inspecting electronic relay (over current relay and earth fault relay) from the 11 KV VCB and calibrating the relay with the help of secondary injection kit and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing position testing of proper tripping/ functioning system complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from VCB, draw out faulty VCB breakers from panel 1250/800/630A 13.1 KA rating Indoor type make of SEIMENS/ CROMPTON/ SCHINDER after removing VCB spout and CT overhauling improving of IR value of hot air oven process and alignment of mechanism including installation in the same location and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Purification, filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various indoor/outdoor sub station by ultra high vacuum filtration machine with stream line filtration plant at a temp 60 to 70 deg. Celsius and achieving minimum dielectric withstand strength of 60 KV for 1 minute in 2.5 mm gap setting (for used oil) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately. (iii) Contractor shall be ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration

Supplying and toping up new mineral grade transformer oil EHV type confirming to IS-335 to 1983 for filling and for topping up in transformer/Voltage stabilizer duly filtered with filer plant to obtain high dielectric not less 60 KV (Gap 2.5mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

S&F in replacement of LT bush assembly brass complete with double check nuts, washers and oil seal all accessories with bushing insulators for transformer 100 to 500 KVA

S&F in replacement of HT bush assembly brass complete with double check nuts, washers and oil seal all accessories with bushing insulators for transformer 100 to 500 KVA

Taking out the unserviceable breather assembly complete form indoor/outdoor type transformer capacity up to 1000 KVA and supply and fixing the new breather assembly complete filled with fresh blue silica gel including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete al as specified and directed

S&F new silica gel complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 2000 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey duco paint from outside, complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Painting of transformer will be carried out for plinth mounted and pole mounted transformer, Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. Shut down schedule for painting of transformer will be submitted in advance to plan shut down in the station.

Material and Labour for surface dressing cutting removing of bushes, vegetations trimming of trees and removing the existing aggregate leveling the surface bedding thickness after leveling spreading the aggregate all around the main receiving station/panels/transformer installations and all substations, including clearing the site all as specified and directed

Supply and laying/spreading 40 mm graded gravel(stone aggregate) 40mmthick, bedding thickness of 100 to 150mm in any position at electrical 2/4 pole structure all as directed.

Material and Labour for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size up to 240 Sqmm 3core. Notes : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 24 hours duration. (ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable (i.e from breaker to breaker) which are identified in that particular stretch, irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit.

(iii) Joints, jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately. (iv) The payment is not applicable for error fault finding location. (v) Quoted rate is deemed to be including removal of moisture from cable by standard engineering practices and no extra payment will be allowed in this regard.

Taking out old unserviceable under ground PVC/XLPE HT cable of any size from trenches/ wall/ roof/ road/ pipe/ pole including segregation of serviceable bricks for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying/ rerouting of old serviceable under ground PVC/XLPE LT cable any grade and any size in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/roof/laid in floor including necessary connections and thimbling complete all as specified and as directed. (Earth work, brick & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item).

Supply and fix in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV cable for out door end termination Heat shrinkable with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, indoor type all as directed.,

Supply and fix in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor of size 120sqmm to 185 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV cable for indoor end termination Heat shrinkable with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, indoor type all as directed.,

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5M depth in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the surplus excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 50Mtrs and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 2.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repairing existing earthing any type incl making & cleaning of earth pit, repair of pits, fixing of new funnel , pit cover, painting on pit with cement base white paint complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Cost of funnel, pit cover, cement work, PCC work and painting etc incl is quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 24x4 mm GI strip complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for maintenance of APFC panel any type and size, dismantling opening and taking down of all incoming and outgoing cables, cutting burnt edge of the cable whatever is required, providing thimble lugs and glands of suitable required for different size of cable including taking out loop of the cables, including replacement of bolts nuts & washers and reconnecting the all incoming and outgoing connections, checking of serviceability of capacitors and testing of panels on full load all as specified and as directed. Note: Capacitors shall be measured under relevant items.

M&L for replacement of hinges for both internal & external partitions with necessary welding/sheet metal work including necessary repairs to locking arrangements etc as per site requirement for smooth closing /opening of existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box, spray painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair/ maintenance of LT feeder pillar /LT panel board any type and size indoor/outdoor by dismantling opening and taking down of all incoming and outgoing cables of any size, cutting burnt edge of the cable whatever is required, different size of cable including taking out loop of the cables, cleaning of bus bars by means of rubbing grinding etc and providing PVC sleeves of suitable rating on bus bars maintaining colour code (RYB & N), repairs to panel board wiring for all controls with suitable copper wires including replacement of bolts nuts & washers and reconnecting the all incoming and outgoing connections and testing of panels on full load all as specified and as directed. Note : MCCBs required will be measured and paid separately. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of misc consumable items like heat shrink sleeves, Lugs, double compress type cable glands of suitable size for both incoming and out going, insulation tape, Bolts and nuts etc as required at site complete.

M&L for preparation old painted surface, painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on surfaces of LT Panel any size complete all as specified and directed.

Refilling of CO2 gas in the existing CO2 fire fighting cylinders of capacity 4.5 Kg per cylinders and painting & marking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .Note: Dismantling, transportation and hydro testing for the cylinders by CCE approved gas filling agency are deemed to be included in the quoted rate
