M&L for brick work with modular size burnt fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition old brick work set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above but except brock. Note: Old serviceable bricks shall be re-used.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with Dr fixit pidiproof LW 200ml/50Kg of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&l for rendering 5mm thick in on ceiling concrete surface using mortar (1:3) mixed with Dr fixit pidiproof LW 200ml/50Kg of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply ony liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces/ plastered surfaces of wall, pilesters,cornices etc applying of two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre /10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall applying of three coat of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfeces and applying of two coat of oil bound distempering and over one coat of chalk whiting/cement based wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 18 to 20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of any colour including demolition of existing stone salb set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
