M&L for preparation of old ceiling surface and applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) including complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for second class hardwood fillets bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face of exc 13 Sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm in repairs, secured with nails or screws in repairs , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
