Amount

A. OUTDOOR UNIT

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning, modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume aircooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating,having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s) ,minimum two compressors for above 14HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge, type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver therated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work evenat 50°C ambient temperature without tripping.The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/-10%,3Phase,50 Hz AC power supply.The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for useas required.The CO Pat AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC. (Minimum capacity should be 190 HP) (Tentative BOQ to be executed is detailed in Volume II).

B. INDOOR UNIT- CASSETTE UNIT

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of ollowing minimum capacity 4,way flow VRV/VRF Cassette Type Indoor ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetic washable mediapre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drainpump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation ,cordless remote controletc.,suitable for operationon single phase2 30V±10%, 50Hz AC supply, complete, asrequired. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision incase of ireon receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree CDB and 19 Degree CWB temperature etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC. (Minimum capacity of total cassette unit- 134.4 Tr, Individual capacity of cassette unit should vary from 1 Tr to 4Tr as per site requirement) (Tentative BOQ to be executed is detailed in Volume II.)

C. Installation and commissioning

(a) Refrigerant Piping:- Supply,Installation,testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of different nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/ brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/ with Class-O closed cellelastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required (Minimum pipe size 6.4 mm OD, pipe size will be as per site requirement) (b) Drain Piping with uPVC as required(c) Earthing with suitable no earthpit and connections as required (d) Communication cabling between indoor and outdoor as required (e) Suitable power supply arrangement to indoor and outdoor as per requirement (f) Fabrication of structure for outdoor base (g) Repairing of false ceiling as per requirement etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC. (Tentative BOQ to be executed is detailed in Volume II)

D. COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE

Comprehensive Maintenance for 9 (nine) years after completion of one year free maintenance etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC. Refer Clause 2.0 of Vol II
