Construction of 33 KV 765 Ghiror Bay at 132 KV Substation Dannahar, under ETD- Mainpuri

Work Portion

Proper and Safe Carriage Misc. Equipments like CTs, PTs, VCB, isolators, Control Cables, Conductors, M.S. Earthing Strips etc. from Designated Primary Sub Station within 100 KM distance to 132 KV S/S Dannahar including its loading and unloading.

Erection of main and auxiliary structures

Erection of substation auxiliary structures for installation of CTs, PTs, Isolators etc. The job consist of shifting of all material from store to site of erection, erection of structures as per drawing with the help of GI nut & bolt, flat & spring washer, matching the hole, cutting & matching of member if required including cost of all men and T & P to complete the work.

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments & technical specifications including shifting of equipments from store to erection site including all other associated works for completion of Erection work satisfactorily.

33 KV VCB Circuit Breaker.

33 KV Current Transformer

33 KV CT Junction Box.

33 KV Potential Transformer

33 KV PT Junction Box.

33 KV Bus Isolator without Earth Blade

33 KV Line Isolator with Earth Blade

Erection of CRP Panel including shifting etc.

Erection of new 33KV Tripple feeder control and relay panel in control room of 132 KV S/S Dannahar including grouting,earthing & termination of control cables as per cable shedules including providing & fixing of cable glands of appropriate sizes and ferrules etc. with all other associated works asper technical specification.

Jumpering, Stringing of various equipments/bus

Jumpering, interconnection of equipment with specified conductor of various 33 KV equipments with Main Bus Bar of ACSR Panther conductor. The work includes cutting of conductor, bending in proper shape, clamping with the help of clamps and all other associated work to complete the work.

Earthing work.

Earthing of equipments by cutting straightening, bending, laying 700 mm below ground and above ground of following size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure equipments structure including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed, excavation of trenches, its back filling, to complete the work.

Earthing of control panels at 2 point each panels

Painting of MS flat of different size after cleaning of rusted surface 1st coat of Red Oxide and 2 coat of Bus Green Paint to complete the work.

Laying of flowing sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/marshalling boxes/junction box etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, their saddling at every 750mm distance with MS saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums form store to laying site and shifting back to the removing material store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Inter-connection & Termination of following size of cables as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required. Supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules for each core of the cables & its termination with crimping type copper lugs along with preperation of inter-connection drawing.

Erection of SAMAST Energy Meter and Data communication work

Installation of new 3P4W, 0.2s accuracy class Interface Energy Meters(one main and Check Meter)

Necessary interconnection from data transmission of already installed SAMAST compliant meters to Lan switch upto DCU/Gateway and all other H/W, S/W per no.

Installation of communication cable (CAT-6 along with necessary hardware wherever required in between Enery meter to Lan switch to SDH equipments upto DCU/Gateway and other H/W, S/W per no.

Installation of OFC cable armoured(6P)in HDPE Conduit pipe 32 mm

Installation and commissioning of Common Metering Cubicles for Meters, DCU, switch for 2 IEM

Pilfer Proofing Work for metering

Providing & laying pilfer proof of 1.5'' dia size B-Class Jindal/JTC/TATA or other standard make ISI approved G.I. pipes complete with assembly such as bend,tee,socket, clamps etc. including cost of threading, welding, earth work, cutting bricks, filling the trenches/bricks etc. required for completion of work as per site requirement with all material, labour, T&P. Layingcontrol cable in the G.I. pipe (from 33KV CT & PT to 33KV C&R Panel) completely covered upto termination point of both ends as per requirements.

Earthing of laid GI pipe welding with cable racks at 2 points and painting of welded points.

Switchyard Lighting Work

Providing & fixing of junction box having of 01 No. 6Amp. Single pole MCB (L&T, Havells/Schneider make).

Laying of 2C x 2.5 sq.mm. size control cables from junction boxes to LED lights and fixing of cable on GI Structure
