Supply, intallation testing & commisioning of 630 Amps,11kV, 21kA for 3 Sec, one sided extensible IP-54 outdoor type SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp copper busbar Raing main unit (RMU) comprising of 2 nos fixed manul vaccum circuit Breaker module and 2 nos fixed manual Load break switch grade. The LBs/VCB shall be enclosed in robotically welded minimum 2 mm thickl non -magnetic, non ferrite stainless steel tank filled with SF6 Gas & IP Class IP-67,SS304 grade leak rate less than 0.1%and tested as per latest IEC 62271-200 international standards.RMU shall have full door with cable box -IP3X and vaccum circuit breaker with high mechanical endurance of 10000 operations (M2 class) ambient Temperture of RMU shall have -25 to +45 deg c. The complete RMU must be type tested for internal arc 21KA for1 sec with AFLR classification for gas tank & cable chamber .HT RMU shall preferably have site replaceable bushings to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done immediately without sending the RMU to OEM works .The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site including provision of necessary foundation as per OEM drawing/direction all as specified and directed. The complete RMU shall be consisting of following :
(a) Load break switch module - 2 nos (i) Manually operated 11kV, 630 A Load Break switch and Earthing switch with making capacity. (ii)Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system with LED for all feeder and FPI in all load break switch feeder. (iii) Earth fault passage indicator one per LBS. (iv) Mechanical ON/OFF/Earth indication (v) Cable testing facilty without opening the cable covers and without disconnecting the cable termination.Separate test bushings shall be integral part of RMU to carry out cable testing at load Break switch. (vi)Cable door should be arc proof and interlocked with respective earthing switches. For safety of operator it should not be possible to open the cable door unless the earth switch is ON.
(b) Vaccum Circuit Breaker module - 2 nos (i) Manual operated 630 A Vaccum Circuit Breaker and Earthing Switch with making capacity and having power pack. (ii)Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH/Spring Charge indication (iii)Live Cable LED indicators through Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings. (iv) Microprocessor based IDMT relay for circuit Breaked- self powered along with series trip coil (Modbus Rs485 complaint ) for each Vcb module . (v) GREEN (Close)/RED (Open) push buttons for VCB operation (vi)CT shall be minimum 40/1A, 2.5 VA,5p20-3 nos for protection as per actual Transformer full load current f) Right angle boot to be provided in each module. Notes:- (i)The Vaccum interruptor must RMU manufacturer's own make. (ii) Only OEM make RMUs are acceptable, RMUs manufactured and supplied in the name of System integrator/Channel partner/License partner make RMU shall not be accepted.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron strip of size 25 X 4mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel,20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC 1: 4 : 8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete including necessary form work for coping to the Steel Poles complete all as specified and directed.
