COOLING TOWER. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Induced draft counter flow, vertical discharge-type FRP Cooling tower of 1.20 lacs kCal/hr heat rejection capacity with ultra-violet treated durable & highly efficient PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators, open pan suitable for water distribution complete with hot FRP water basin. The hot water shall be distributed to fills in each cell via open-type gravity basin or with spray nozzles or having self rotating sprinklers. Cooling tower shall be provided with statically and dynamically balanced one/two nos. anti-corrosion treated axial flow type fan - direct driven or driven through special bevelled reduction gear box with TEFC induction flame-proof motor with IP- 65 protection, IE-2, suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections and suitably inspected hot-dipped galvanized ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti vibration mountings etc. complete as required. The unit shall be instate including testing on completion by Engineer in charge, flexible duct connector etc., complete as per following capacities. (a) Water Leaving Temperature : 90 deg F. . (b) Water Entering Temperature : 97.5 deg F. Water Flow Rate : 116 USGPM. . (d) Ambient Wet Bulb Temperature : 83 deg F. . . Note: Suitable arrangement of platform and connected accessories for mounting cooling tower and ensure noise restriction to adjoining buildings, inclusive PCC 1:3:6, plaster, brick works required to installation of cooling tower.

Note :- The unit rate quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive all control wiring, Display panel, Control panel, relay to match with existing system. The cost shall also inclusive of making water pipe/Electrical connection from Cooling tower to Existing pump & Motor & inlet and out let water pipe line. The contractor will ensure that the Cooling tower shall be fully/completely functional with the existing plant and the contractor is required to provide any material and equipment for this but no extra payment will be made on this account. If the contractor failed to make fully functional of control tower, no payment shall be released. The bidder is required to visit the site of plant 3001 building to accertain the nature and scope of the work and nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder on this account”

M & L opening compressor cover of both side including disconnecting of water pipe line for inlet and out let of the condenser of each plant removing scale /sludge Precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitbale size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser that scraping down the sludge Precipitated in side the tube. closing both side of condenser and cirulating the descalling soulation in all tube of condenser of plant through the circulating pump and allow it for 30 mnt for chemical reaction. opening the condense both side and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser coppper tube size at the entite length of condenser at both end and cirulatin clean water in all the tube of condenser of plant and drain out The process will be continued till the satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge then fixing new gasket for both ends of the plant capacity 30.0 TR at Tech Area, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Pressure testing for entire system of the AC plant of all condenser , compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrozen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakge immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure to stop the leakage permanently 3 x 30 TR capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressure testing for entire system of the AC plant of all condenser , compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrozen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakge immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure to stop the leakage permanently 52 TR capacity central AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressure testing for entire system of the AC plant of all condenser , compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrozen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakge immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure to stop the leakage permanently upto 25 TR capacity central AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for blocking the punctured tubes of the with brass pillet capacity 30 TR , complete all as specfied and as directed.

Suppply and fill in replacement of compressor oil non freezing type N-68 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for checking the leakge by vaccum plant for 24 hrs in both low and high side of the system by feeding dry nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system . Plugging the leaks by providing of Teflon taps sealing of all refrigerent line valves like liquid lines valves /suction /discharge valves of compressor , gland packing of all angle valves flaring of all connections framing welding etc complete capcity 30.0 TR, complete all as specfied and as directed.

S & F Replacement of globe service valve from suction line of compressor common suction line at compressor, all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for cleaning the evaporator coils and fins -3 nos with cleaning agent such as acid , caustic soda solution and removing all dust and dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing of ALPHA filter from its positionand layout at site for refixing after cleaning AHU cooling using chemical withbrass brush in- order to remove all type of sledge /dust precipitatated on the coil without any damage to tehcopper cooling coil then wash the cooling with fresh water and air blower upto the satisfactory of engr-in-charge cooling coil drain water shall be clean , if any type of obstacle on the flow of water iron body of the AHU inside and out side shall be scrap downand rub out with sand paper then apply one coat primer over a coat of synthetic ebameled paint including art of duct portion in the AHu shall be completed upto the satisfactory of engr-in-charge for the 17 TR capacity ac palnt, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc, from PVC tanks of capacity up to 2000-5000 Ltrs Ltrs and from mouth by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush, after removing inlet and out let pipes (also cleaning the mouths of circulating pipe) and refixig including printing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel white paint in proper format and reconnecting all inlet and outlet pipes all as specified and as directed. NOTE: If float valve broken at the time of cleaning by the contractor has to replace it without any extra payment.

S&F in replacement Blower pully of up to 30 TR plant as per existing blower capacity (Sample availabe as AGE E/M office), all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost shall be included lathe work for blower pully and realignment and again fitted in existing AHU.

S&F in replacement short neck of duct made of canvas cloth minimum 3 mm thick connected with air blower to GI duct size of 50cm x50 xm x 10 cm complete fixing with air sealed to duct including nut boltts ,clamps . Note : If found leakge in plant the contractor has responsible to repair without any extra cost.

M&L for cleanig of rusted portion of duct and dust settled in existing duct & dampers in whole building where is passing of duct and all floors going from main duct to branch duct number unit duct and diffusers and plant by using suitable equipment or suction machine / compressor from AHU to neck duct. Note :- The cleaning shall be carried out in complete portion of duct using Robots & Vacuum Machine to cleaning of inside and outside of duct.

M&L for Dismantling the Blower unit Complete of AHU unit and balancing the main shaft , cleaning the entire Cooling Coil with wire brush , cleaning and making the Air fins free from dirt and blockages , checking the fan belt tension , tightening the driver and drive pulleys and replacement of Shaft bearing for Central type AC Plant including reassembling the AHU unit & testing, Commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.M&L for Comprhensive mainnence /overhauling /repair of complete air handling unit ambiator chamber including necessary oiling/greasing , cleaning and realignment motor with blower of existing plant of capacity 24000 -30000 CFM all as directed.

S&F in replacement Cellulose or celldek pads and supply and fix in air cooling tower new consists for cellulose wood fibres in paper form . having high quality standard and posses on efficiency of more than 85%, complete all as specfied and as directed. Note :- More than 85% minimum thickness of cellulose pad should be 150mm:- (a) Mode of Measuring:- Sqm of cellulose pad (L X B) with 150mm thickness of pad shall be measured. (b) Minimum number fins (i.e. laminar surfaces ) in a cellulose pad 150mm thick should be 12.

S&F in replacement aluminium grills for air supply made out of powder coated extruded aluminium grils adjustable type with variable angle and verticle and horizantal louvers and gape between louvers should be 25 mm with volume controls dampers complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement MS angle frame work for installation of GI duct of different sizes , made out of MS angle iron of any size including fabrication of suitbale frames for GI ducts different size ducts and making hole for fixing nut bolts complete all as directed.

HOT WATER GENERATOR : M&L for overhauling of hot water generator of up to 32- 55 KW capactiy to checking heating element and if found unserviceable replacing the same as per direction of JE E/M and replacing of ON/OFF button and descaling of heating element including hot water tank and checkin the conditions of electric panel with control and relay to switch OFF and ON electric heater and all as specified a) Flow rate : 14.60 US GPM b) Inlet temperature of water : 40 deg celcius c) Outlet temperature of water: 60 deg celcius d) Working pressure: 100 PSIG Replacing of following spare parts is necesary (i) step controller, (ii) pressure gauge (iii) ball valve, (iv) pressure relief valve,(v) thermometer,(vi) low level cut out and auto vent (vii) DC Transformer (adopter) (viii) Displahy panel. and replacement of insulation of Generator shall be provided with 50mm thick resin bonded fiber glass wool cladded with 0.63mm thick aluminium sheet on MS frame welded to genrator body.

M & L for replacement of on-load Change Over of capacity 400A, 4 Pole 415 volts with suitable ms sheet enclosure as recommended by OEM , suitable for wall mounted including termination point for connection complete all as specified and directed. Note the cost shall be included for fixing of existing size 400 sqmm 3 .5 core aluminium conductor lt cable with lugs & thimbles made of Aluminium matrial incoming and out going.
