Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and 1.5 metre depth for pipe line, getting out and levelling of bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the surplus soil not exceeding 50 M and depositing where complete all as specified and as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Boring holes under Road Pavement by Bocky manually in any type of soil up to 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 150mm dia CI/DI water pipe and connection from trenches/wall/floor including fittings with spigot/socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints/gasket joints. Note :-Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying in trenches, under floor, under road, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe centrifugally cast ISI marked with socket and spigot ends confirming to IS-8329/2000 standard length of K7 specification with outside zink coating complete all as speciied and as directed NOTE :- Rubber Gasket joints will be measured and paid separately.

Labour only for cutting/tapping of CI/DI pipe in position for reducing to required length for insertion of New Tee, branches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and joiniting DI standard specials and fittings (SS/DF) K-12, suitable for K-7 (Spigot & Socket) pipe in replacement as per IS:9523 : 2000 suitable for DI Standard pipe with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating for potable water supply with rubber ring/flanged joint for the size up to 250 mm dia bore.

Material and labour Run lead jointing including jointing material such as Pig lead, Spun Yarn etc and caulking after jointing of 150mm dia bore complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rubber Gasket Joint (Tyton joint) for 150mm dia bore DI/CI pipe including jointing material complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing including jointing and testing of Cast iron Non-raising type sluice valve in replacement of size 150 mm dia bore, Class PN 1.6 with drilled flanged ends, Stainless steel spindle confirming to IS : 14846/2000 ISI marked with Gun metal working parts with cast iron hand wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber and brick masanary in CM 1:6 of size 120cm x 120cm x 120cm (internal dinentions) with 15cm thick PCC foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone agreegate) 15mm thick plaster in cm 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover including 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC coping, using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) with necessary locking arrangement and pointed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil returning and filling in and ramming and removal of surplus soil upto a distance not exc 50 mtr

An amount of Rs 372390.48 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
