Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. Ref. to MoRTH Spec. 301 complete in all respects but excluding GST.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. Ref. to MoRTH Spec. 305 complete in all respects but excluding GST.

Mechanically compected to achieve 95% proctors density including arrangement of water, settlement and all T&P including roller and its fuel etccomplete in all respects but excluding GST.(SI No 260)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH clause 401. complete in all respects but excluding GST.

Providing laying spereading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MORTH clause 406 complete in all respects but excluding GST.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (S/S Type) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/Sqm. Using mecha- nical means.complete in all respects as per MORTH clause 502 but excluding GST.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Mecadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an avearge output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitminous binder @ 4.5% by waight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as as per MORT&H specifications clauses 505(B) complete in all respects but excluding GST

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per MORT&H specifications clauses 503 complete in all respects but excluding GST

Providing and laying bituminous cocnrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 Tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver fixisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificiation clause No. 507(B) complete in all respects but excluding GST

Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, recron fibre mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. (M-30) as per MORT&H specifications clauses 602 complete in all respects but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm. guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work complete excluding GST. (SI. No. 281)

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. complete in all respects but excluding GST (SI. No. 279 a)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.
