Replacement of 35mm2 HT cable with 0.03 ACSR aluminium conductor on the already erected ST poles at WSS Narbal

Disconnecting of HT Circuit from tapping point. Unloading of 35mm2 HT cable from ST Poles & stacking at site so as to replace it by installing bear conductor after providing & fixing of V Shape cross arms. The job includes hiring of skilled labour, tools & tackles required for the job at site.

Fabrication, Providing, Fixing of V shape - cross arms fabricated out of ISMC-75x40 MM channels of 1500 mm length to carry insulators, duly drilled with suitable size holes for accommodating nuts & bolts for fixing accessories including F tops & necessary clamps. The Job is inclusive of cost of drilling of holes in the already erected ST poles at site.

Providing and fitting of ACSR as per IS 398 (part-2) 1996, 0.03" ACSR (Galvanized steel reinforced.)

Supply and fitting of 11 KV polymeric composite pin insulator 12 KV, 5KN, Lighting impulse 75KV Positive, and 80 KV Negative, creepage distance 320 mm

P/F of Galvanized nuts & bolts of various sizes as per site requirement.

P/F of 11 KV cable termination kit for connecting 35 Sq mm XLPE cable (ABC type) near tapping point

Erection of tilted ST poles at site so as to strengthen the line by way earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation , drains ,pipes , cables (not exceeding 1.5 m in width ) and for shafts , wells , cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan , including dressing of sides and reaming of bottom lift up to 1.5 m , including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed in all kinds of soils.

Providing and laying of soling stone including manual compaction

Laying of concrete cement bottoming in 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards, 0.5 Cum /pole

Providing/Fitting Guy wire.
