S&F Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.)

S&F 30mm thick single piece, coloured ABC (Acrylonitrile Brutadine Styrene) coated, PUF filled door shutters with PUF (Poly Urethane Foam) insulation of minimum density 40 Kg/Cum filled in between two ABS sheets of thickness 1.2mm (min), border covered with insitu pasted ABS strips of width equal to thickness of door shutters, 1.2mm thickness, reinforced with two number 10mm CTD bars, pre-embedded with wooden blocks of suitable sizes for receiving hinges, tower / sliding bolts, towel rails, handles etc, with/without embossed pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick epoxy polyurethane flooring comprising of 2 mm epoxy based coloured flooring over 4 mm thick moisture barrier including making good to existing disturbed surfaces, joint cutting and filling work complete all as specified here-in-under:- A. Substrate preparation: Preparing the dry concrete surface using proper scarification equipment to remove any loose material, contamination such as oil and grease, mortar and splashes, laitance or curing compound residues to provide a sound/ gripping surface. Any traces of oil and grease shall be removed by grinding/ scarification. Any patch of area where repairing needs to be done shall be finished with epoxy screed. Cleaning of entire floor area shall be done by using powerful industrial vaccum cleaner. B. Epoxy based primer: Provide and apply one coat of epoxy resin based primer to the designated area @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm by brush or spray and wait to tack free condition. C. Moisture barrier screed: Provide and apply chemical and abrasion resistance epoxy resin modified cementitious screed of low VOC as an epoxy underlay of thickness 4 mm (weight nor less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on the designated area. The product shall be applied with V notch trowel and rolled by spike roller to release the entrapped air. The screed on curing @ 30 degree C shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 70 N/Sqmm @ 7 days when tested as per BS 6319 Part-II, Flexural strength of 25 N/Sqmm when tested as per BS 6319 Part-III and Tensile strength of 12 N/Sqmm when tested as per BS 6319 Part-VII. D. Epoxy polyurethane topping: Provide and apply polyurethane self levelling flooring (epoxy, coloured heavy duty) as a floor topping at a thickness of 2 mm on the designated area. The product should be applied with V notch trowel and rolled by spike roller to release the entrapped air. The screed on curing @ 30 degree C should achieve a minimum compressive strength of 65 N/Sqmm @ 7 days when tested as per BS 6319 Part-II, Flexural strength of 28 N/Sqmm when tested as per BS 6319 Part-III and Tensile strength of 15 N/Sqmm when tested as per BS 6319 Part-VII. (Note: Work shall be got executed by authorised applicator as approved by E-in-C's Branch.)

M & L for hard core of gauge n. exc. 63mm, with broken stone or boulders, depasited, spread and leveled in layer n.exc 15 cm thick, wasted androlled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 100mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-50 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed, with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 100 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed , well bonded stone massonary bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), cast in situ, in benching, coping and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over lime or sand stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc. 40 mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses, in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement contrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stone/ and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete icluding necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders, hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, FLP fittings etc, removing serviceable materials to store and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.as per exsiting complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the incoming and outgoing electrical connections and taking down carefully by unscrewing unserviceable DBs (SPN/TPN) any type/ any size complete from walls/ boards etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH & PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor concealed type 1100 volt grade drawn in and including non-metalic PVC rigid conduit of minimum 20mm medium grade size for one light/ fan point point controlled by one switch including one 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly and to be terminated to new sunken /pressed flush metal boxes of thickness 1.2mm covered with 3mm thick hylam sheet as per requirement at site for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion including making good the disturbed surface with cement work with white washing/ colour washing / distempering to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Cost of metal flush box, cover plate and making good the surfaces shall be included in the item.)

S & F LED street light fitting as a building security light 25W, with minimum 100 lumens per watt, AC 120-300 Volt operating range, 50 Hz, CRI more than 70, IP-65 degree of protection including including one 25 watt LED lamp, GI brackets made of 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe, 1.20 m long, bent to shape suitable for direct fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT under ground cable of any size and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply, fixing/ laying, testing, connecting and commissioning of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) of size 120 Sqmm, 3.5 Core as per IS:7098 (Pt-I), with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/ on wall/ poles/ ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and MS saddle clips of suitable size (where ever cable laid on ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation & earth work, cable cover, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.)

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old distribution transformer step down 125 KVA including disconnecting all connections and shifting to MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type transformer step down, copper wounded having primary side for HT Three Phase 11 KV & secondary for 3 phase 433 Volts, 4 wire 50 Hz of capacity 160 KVA as per IS-1180 Part-I (as per latest amendmend) Level-II with and including the following specification:- (i) No load voltage ratio-11KV/ 0.433 KV, (ii) Nos of phase-three. (iii) Type of cooling- ONAN, (iv) Frequency-50 Hz, (v) Vector group-DYN 11, (vi) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral, (vii) Oil level gauge indicating oil level with minimum and maximum indication, (viii) Lifting lugs rollers and MS terminal Box on both HT and LT side, (ix) Rating and terminal marking plates, (x) Dehydrating breathing device which would not permit ingress of moisture, rain water and insects (xi) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug, (xii) Thermometer pocket, (xiii) Oil filling hole( 1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (transformer wih conservator), (xiv) Connection-Delta/Star, (xv) Temperature rise in oil-40 deg celcius, (xvi) Temperature rise in windings- 45 deg Celcius, (xvii) Material winding-Copper wound, (xviii) High voltage/low voltage with cable box, (xix) Service-Outoor type, (xx) Neutral- Internally conneted with earthing lead and bush, (xxi) On load tap changar (+5% to -5% in steps of -15% with 7 position), (xxii) First filling of transformer oil upto recommended level. NOTE:- 1. The contractor/manufacturer shall furnish original certificate (paid voucher and test certificate) of the CRGO manufacturer. 2. The manufacturer /contractor shall furnish the diameter of LV and HV copper winding and its total resistance. The stray losses shall be specified in percentage terms. 3. The contractor shall get the approval of AGE (I) for the make of the transformer they plan to procure. 4. Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing design details of the transformer shall be got approved by AGE(I). 5. Transformer shall be dispatch only after inspection clearance by inspecting officer. 6. Necessary foundation with plinth shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation, quoted rate shall be deemed to be included accordingly in srl item No 67 herein after.

M&L for construction of brick masonary Platform of size 3m x 3m x 1.5 m for mounting base of Transformer complete with XPM fencing weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm and angle iron 50x50x6mm for support, gate with locking arrangement, PCC flooring 1:2:4 (type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation, earthwork, formwork, painting with two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer over platform faces, two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, instalation, commissioning and testing of factory made type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed control panel outdoor type CPRI approved, fully comparted type, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, duly painted with epoxy powder coating with 10 tank process, IP-65 Protection, with provn of front double door shutter with locking arrangement mounted on MS angle iron frame of 50x50x5 mm and legs grouted on PCC foundation with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (leg of LT panel be embedded not less than 15cm in PCC), foundation shall be 30cm below the ground and 20cm above the GL, including dismantling of existing unserviceable LT panel complete all as directed and comprising of the followings :- (i) Aluminium Bus bar TPN 500 Amp of suitable length and section covered with coloured heat shrinkable anti track insulation tape of finished thickness not more than 1mm and fixed on epoxy base post insulator of both dia and height not less than 40mm - 01 Set. Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air conditioning system to maintain the design condition 22 ± 3º C DB and 55 + 5% RH, consisting to 03 Nos 15 TR each scroll water cooled water machines (2 Workinh + 1 Standby), 03 Nos condenser water pumpset (2W + 1S), 03 Nos chilled water pumpset (2W + 1S), 03 Nos cooling air tower of suitable for 30 TR chiller, strip heater of 40 KW, air handiling units, chilled and condensing water piping, air distrubition system, Electric Control panels, cabling, wiring, control wiring and earthing including building management system for automatic operation of AC plant to maintain tempereture and humidity, complete all as specified and directed as per description (Design Data Sheet) of item indicated as per Annexure 'A' .

Note 1 :- (a) Contractors/ Bidders are advised to visit the site to check the desired inside design conditions carefully and submit the bid only after ascertaining the capacity of the AC plant required to acheive the inside design conditions. (b) Contractor / Bidder should submit complete design for the Central AC Plant including duct layout and comprising of heat load calculations, working drawings of complete AC plant supported with design/ calculations of each component duly vetted by IIT/NIT through GE/CWE for the approval of Accepting Officer before execution of the work. (c) Contractor/ Bidder shall be responsible for perfomance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 03. (d) Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air conditioning system shall be undertaken through Manufacturers/ Specialist Firm. Note 2 :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be complete finished work including cost of all labour, material, scafffolding,, finishing as required with tools, plants, cartage, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All works shall be executed as per drawings and instructions of site-in-charge and shall include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfil the intent and purpose as laid down in the drawings. All materials shall be as per ISI specification and with IS certification marked wherever applicable. The material shall be duly approved by site-in-charge before incorporation in the actual work. Note 3 :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be include for Manning & Operation of AC Plant during the period of seasonal tests.

S&F of Copper air termination rod 16mm dia 1.2 Mtr long with accessories to fix at the existing position, top of roof level including dismantling existing air termination rod from lightning arrestor mast complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of Copper strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm as roof conductor/down conductor above ground level/ burried in ground fixed with saddles (made of Porcelain / PVC ) and screws at a distance of 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: Schedule of cedit amount of Rs 97,360.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
