Cost Estimate for Replacement of Defective 145KV SF6 Circuit Breaker of 132KV Kaptanganj TSS Bay, Replacement of B-Phase CT of 132KV FCI Bay at 220KV Substation Motiram Adda, Gorakhpur Under Electricity 400 KV Sub-Station Division, Gorakhpur.

During Shutdown period by making proper earthing on both side and then opening of both end Jumpers of 132 KV C.B installed at 132KV Kaptanganj TSS Bay at 220KV Substation Motiram Adda, Gorakhpur under Electricity 400 KV Sub-Station Division, Gorakhpur with all cost of men, T&P etc, required for the completion of work.

Dismantling of 132 KV, 1250 Amp. Siemens make SF6 Gas circuit Breaker installed at 132KV Kaptanganj TSS Bay at 220KV Substation Motiram Adda, Gorakhpur under Electricity 400 KV Sub-Station Division, Gorakhpur by opening of support column, operating drive, porcelain column, nuts, bolts, cable connection for DC, AC, Tripping, post and pre close supervision after due idertification, earthing with all cost of men T&P vehicle etc.

Shifting of complete dismantled parts up to designated place at store including marshalling box and other accessories with all cost of men, vehicle, crane etc.

Modification in existing 132 KV CB old foundation base (As per new available breaker drawing) by providing of MS Channel of size 150x75x6.5x10 mm of 4 Meter long required for each CB including all cost of channel, cutting in required size, making hole of 20/25 mm dia. with gas cutter and proper painting with all cost of T&P, material etc. required for the completion of work.

Providing and fixing of 500x500x12 mm M.S. plate for each CB after painting of MS Plate by All. Paint in two coats at 12 hours interval including all cost of channel cutting in required size making hole of 20/25mm dia with gas cutter and smoothing with the help of grinder along with carriage up to site with all cost of men, T&P, material etc. required for work to complete the work satisfactorily.

Providing of 20/25 mm dia 150 mm long HAG nut, bolt, washer for proper fastening of plate and channel as per site required with all cost of men, T&P material etc.

Concereting of modified foundation base in ratio 1:1:5:3 with cement, sand, ballast in a size (4x0.5x0.5 m-01 Cub M) for cach circuit breaker and curing for seven days with all cost of men, T&P material etc, required for the completion of work.(301341)

Erection of New 145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker of 132KV Kaptanganj TSS Bay at 220KV Substation Motiram Adda, Gorakhpur under Electricity 400 KV Sub-Station Division, Gorakhpur including shifting of materials from storage place to site and all other associated work required for its proper erection with all cost of men T&P, materials, vehicle, crane (work will be done under Strict Supervision of Curcuit Breakers Service Engineer and Engineer in charge).

Jumpering of newly erected circuit breaker at both end originally with old conductor or either new conductor after cutting, shifting. etc. required for the completion of work.

Termination of dismantled old/Newly laid various sizes control cables including making necessary hole in gland plates where required. Supply and fixing of cable gland of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferrules for each core of cable and its termination with all cost of men, materials, T&P etc.

Earthing of breakers with existing earth mat by cutting bending, welding by 50x6 mm earthing strip (provided by the contractor) then its painting by green color in two coats including the cost of men power.

Dismantling of old 145KV Current Transformer of 132KV FCI line bay. The Work includes opening of jumpers, disconecting earthing flat and cable termination, opening of base nut and bolts etc. Shifting of CT with the help of Crane from structure to ground and then to store with proper stacking as per technical specifications.

Erection of new 145KV Current Transformer at 132KV FCI Line Bay. The Work includes shifting of new CT from store to work site (distance approx. 150 mtr.) with the help of crane, modification of existing structure (if required ) shall be included in the scope of work, proper earthing with MS flat has to be ensured. The work also includes connection and termination of jumpers with proper tightening of clamps and connectors and also termination of protection and metering cable from individual CT to CT junction box including laying of new cables as per requirement.

Testing of CB Pole contact Resistance & operation timing by special CB Analizer kit. (Testing kit & Operation arranged by the contractor on his own cost)

Safe Carriage, Loading and Unloading of Unarmmed Copper Control Cable 2Cx2.5Sqmm(500Rmt.) from Store of 220kV Substation Deoria to the Store of 220kV Substation Motiram Adda, Gorakhpur with the help of hydra , vehicle and man power about aprox 45KM distance with all safety & precautions.

Outside complete painting of 4.5 KL Oil Filteration machine (CEE DEE make) after due rubbing and cleaning of dust/dirt deposites from the surfaces then painting by 01 coat of red oxide primer and finally applying 02 coat of synthetic enamel paint in Pale yellow color by good quality brush and spray painting machine as per technical specification and after the painting work is over the writing as per the direction of AE / JE incharge (i.e. Machine make, LOGO , specification and other Important informations ) with the help of proper size fonts by using paint and brush on the surface of filteration machine.
