Earth Work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff caly, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, sheles, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, levelling, sectioning breaking clods etc., in all incidential charges etc., complete as per standard specification foe foundations (SS20 B)

Supply delivery and filling of M sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of sand at site and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement Four Sand Eight Aggregates) using 40mm gauage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidentail charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing Centering, strautting by using M.S. sheets and angles strutting arrangements for the sides and softest for RCC column, slab, lintel, bed lock T&L beams, staircase waist slab, landing material at site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete for 3m height and removing the same after the specification period as directed by the departmental officer etc complete as per standard specification.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm ISS gauge Hard granite broken stone jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges for concrete mixing for laying, watering curing, property but excluding cost and labour for steel fabrication and centering form work etc., complying with standard specifications.

Brick work in Cement mortor 1:5 (One Cement and five sand) using best quality of country bricks of size 9" x41/2" x 3" including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry for mixing the mortor and laying the bricks, watering, curing and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Ceiling plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry including all labour for mixing laying watering and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.,

Plastering with Cement mortor 1:5-12mm thick (One Cement Five sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry including all labours for mixing laying watering and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications

Granite Slabs (super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 4'x2' and above 18mm to 20mm thick.

Supplying and painting one coat with white priming cost for the base of oil bound distember/cement paint including preparation of old color/color washing surface and all materials including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc.,complete. (S.L.N

Finishing the top of slopped roof, sun-shade with Decorative Pressed Tiles of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete, complying with standard specifications

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5AFT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5sq.mm copper wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18")

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete.
