Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft / hard rock or chieselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including, shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering, wherever required, stacking the useable and unuseable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returing the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm ( Fifteen centimeter ) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / un-useable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work DESIGN MIX M 30 not less than 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand :3 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(b) Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs. thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level.

(e) Arches upto floor two level complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.:

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and lift to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings, so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtrs.height complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.

Arches upto 6.00 mtrs span complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.

Providing RCC Work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 Sand) complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint In grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying GMS Pipes conforming to IS 1239 - 1979 (Part-1) screwed & socketed joints (Light grade) excluding the cost of excavation in trenches complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.

Providing and fixing sluice valve (With hand wheel) as per IS -780 class for following dia (including brass spindle and as per IS; 2906 class -II including M.S. Flanges, bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Pdg and laying Cement Concret 1:5:10 ( 1Cement: 5 Sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as HPPWD specification.

Providing and laying Boulder filling back side the retaing wall n all leads and lift and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PVC pipe 63 mm dia complete for V-hole all leads and lift and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
