SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD WITH INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCK ADJOINING AREA OF NCC DTE B AND J OFFICE COMPLEX UNDER GE DANAPUR CANTT

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces (n exc 50mm deep )in area exc 400 sqm.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge exc. 63 mm but not exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc finsihed even & fair complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below and above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick rubber moulded glossy finish coloured Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size laid in path, porch ,hard standing of flooring etc.confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 Grade over andexcluding 50 mm thick layer of sand cushion (which will be paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(1). Make : Poddar Tiles or equivalent ISI approved tile (a). Leveling of existing road to be carried out by contractor properly to make road with uniform level and slopy towards outside boundary wall. (b). Removal of small plants between road and boundary wall shall be carried out by contractor without any extra cost. (c). New paver block shall be laid with maitaining proper level and slope towards outside wall.

M&L 60 mm thick rubber moulded glossy finish coloured Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size laid in path, porch ,hard standing of flooring etc.confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-30 Grade over excluding 50 mm thick layer of sand cushion (which will be paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(1). Make : Poddar Tiles or equivalent ISI approved tile (a). M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Floor Stone slabs and tiles/Interlocking paver block of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Note : Dismantling Interlocking to be used under item no 11.

Relying (fixing) 60 mm thick rubber moulded coloured Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size laid in path, porch ,hard standing of flooring etc. including 50 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, (except interlocking paver block )complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement Complete.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint over a coat Primer on plaster surface of wall including preparation of newly plastered surfaces.
