Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre

Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 8.0 mtrs. And upto 11.0 mtrs.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 100mm x 50mm x 6mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles , 50mm x 6mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish point as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. mm ( From 2nd bay GOAB switch, CT, VCB, NGR, WTI/ OTI to control room. )

Supply and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33 KV OH line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65mm x 65mm x6mm angle iron to form a rectaangle of minimum size 2400mm x 2800mm height complete with 50 mm x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pin ,bolts,nuts,washers etc. and painting with primer & finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 03 wire cross arm for 11/22/33 KV O/H line etc. as required.

Erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts,washers etc. as required.

Erection of set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33KV over headline with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete wity galvanized strain clamps ,bolts,nuts,washers etc. as required.

Installation of structure mounted 33 KV grade VCB outdoor Unit, C.T (3 Nos ). Lightening Arrestor ( 3 Nos )at site.

Dismantling shifting and re-erection of 33KV / 415V Station Transformer & 33KV PT ( 03 Nos ) at site.

Supplying & making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE copper conductor cable of 11 kv grade as required.

Installation and commissioning of GOAB Switch of rating 33KV, 1250 Amp, Double break, centre post rotating type insulator, outdoor type, 3-phase made from HT porcelain Solid core insulator. Manual operated with complete operating mechanism for four pole structure.

Installation and commissioning of GOAB Switch of rating 33 KV, 1250 Amp, Double break, centre post Rotating type isolator, outdoor type, 3-phase made from HT porcelain solid core insulator, manual operated with complete operating mechanism for double pole structure.

Fabrication & Erection of steel structure and other related jobs for installation of various Electrical equipments like VCB, CT, PT, GOAB switch, Lightening arrester, DO fuse etc. Analysis as per tonnee.

Supply of clamps with M.S. nut,bolts and washers as required.

Supply of M.S. nut,bolts and washers as required.

Supply of M.S.angle /Channel as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35mm to 7/4.00mm Dia and above including binding etc.

Earthing with Copper earth plate 300 mm x 300 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrengement and watering pipe of 2.5 metre long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing & fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip/Flat in 40 mm from earth point to required places including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc as required.

Dismantling of OHL comprising of Copper/Aluminium OHL conductor, G.I wire, cross arms, insulator etc., as required

Dismantling of Pole/Street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted) (600mm X 600mm X 1000mm = (0.36 Cum X 41 nos pole = 14.04cum)

Supply & Erection of PG Clamp (For VCB & CT)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) ( from main VCB, Main 33KV GOAB switch, Main CT to control room. )

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) ( From station transformer to control room )

Interlocking limit switch for GOAB switch.

Supply of Aluminium lugs of size 120sq mm.

Painting of steel surface with aluminium painting of approved brand of manufacture to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt and dust etc. as and when required.

Supply, installation, commissioning & Testing of NGR monitoring / fall safe relay of rating 3.3KV, 38 Ω

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
