Supply, lay, jointing and testing 2.5 Sqmm two core Aluminium conductor cable,flexible type 1100 volts grade heavy duty, unarmoured PVC sheathed complete for street light connection.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out for cable etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming 25cm in thickness in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available in trenches for protection of underground cable across the trenches complete all as specified.

M&L for dry river sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT under ground cable including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified. (Note:-Punned thickness of sand will be measured for payment )

M&L GI Tubing 40 mm dia light grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall , poles and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI Tubing 15 mm dia light grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall , poles and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pole mounted thermoplastic cable junction box for steet light with IP-66 protection, halogen free and weather proof with metric knockouts for cable entry for outdoor installation of size 155mm x 210mm x 92mm with front door opening system including terminals for one incoming and two outgoing cables of size 16/25 sqmm 2/4 core, one MCB SP 3 to 6 Amp 240V AC with mounting clamp of flat iron, nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing street light timer box prewired for automatic switching of perimeter light along with suitable power contactors and MCBs (input-output) should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable encloser made of rust proof,electric proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-54 ,MCBs ,contactor rating 25-32 Amps and MCB rating 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx 6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and GI bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, and provn of test point complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 Mtrs shall be included in quoted rates.
