TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK AT DRUGMULLA IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-III UNDER GE 874 EWS.

(a) To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part-I) & 2020 (Part-II) and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, IAFW-2249 (General condition of contract) during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule or at the rates given for the items mentioned in Appendix 'A' to this BOQ (Sch A) duly adjusted by the contractor's %age quoted in the BOQ. or (b) At such rates as may be fixed under the provision of Condition 62 (G) of IAFW-2249 Notes:- (i)The estimated amount shown in this Schedule shall be inclusive of (+) / (-) percentage quoted by contractor. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option "Excess(+) or Less(-)" Against Quoted Rate in Figures row under the column ‘4’ and insert a valid numerical value under column ‘5’ of this BoQ excel sheet to quote the percentage above or below SSR rates & rates mentioined in Appx 'A' to this BOQ. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference purpose only. Being term contract, work is priced at rates given in MES Schedule of Rates -2020 Part-II and in Appx 'A' to this BOQ and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
