REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER APPLIANCES 1.5/2/3/4 TR SPLIT ACS/WINDOW ACS AND WATER COOLERS AT DMRL AREA UNDER GE (I) RND KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD

Repair / maintenance of split/Window type AC, water cooler and desert coolers in its position, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying the defective parts & reporting the JE E/M or supervisor for immediate replacement including refixing the appliances after necessary repairs , job includes replacing of any minor spares like wires, bolts, nuts pads and checking all the like air flow, temperature, smooth functioning of applicnaces & sealing the pipes hole, checking the drain pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour only. (ii) Cost of spares like replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (iii) The contractor supervisor will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defects and will submit the completion report on following day before 0900hrs to the JE E/M.

(iv) The contractor has to rectify the defects and make the AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective spares of AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 100/- per such complete pending complaint per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill. The contractor shall engage separate team of technicians / repairer for DMRL/ATC, RCMA/DSC lines. (v) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for.(vi) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler with the concerned JE E/M against Sch 'A' items. (vii) The contractor should submit the copy of qulaification,Experience as AC mech of any type of summer appliances and police verification certificates while sigining the site orders. (viii) The contractor is fully responsible for providing the safety standards to be maintained by the electricians while attending the AC of any type /water coolers (ix) The AC Mech and helpers should be properly dressed and should wear shoes, gloves and face mask while on duty, necessary hand sanitizer should be provided.

Servicing of Split type Air conditioner of 1.5 TR capacity by disconnecting all the electrical connections, servicing and cleaning the indoor unit & outdoor unit using power jet spray only (external) with suitable foam type cleaning agent duly securing the indoor unit with waste water collecting bag to avoid the spread of water in the working area and out door unit complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Servcing should be done using power jet water spray only. Normal servicing will not be considered as completion of Job. (ii) Power jet water spray machine should be provided by contractor. (iii) All included deemed in the quoted rate considered as complete 01 Job.

Supply and Fix corrugated PVC flexible drain pipe for split type AC as per existing size including fixing the pipe on wall bends, saddles etc including removing the unserviceable drain pipe of length 3mtr complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix factory made sealed reciprocating compressor suitable for split type/window Air onditioner 1.5 TR capacity with mounting assembly such as rubber, springs etc., after disconnecting all electrical connections braging the suction/discharge linespressure leak proof and testing and charging the suitable refrigerant testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : Refrigerant & cost of charging will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 6.00 here-in-before but for 2.00 TR capacity

M&L for replacing copper tube of size 1/4" dia including necessary brazing soldering, flaring and connecting the discharge lines of indoor & out doot units complete including removing the unserviceable copper tube complete all as directed.
