Dismantling brick/concrete tiles any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level n.exe 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in coping, roof padding or roof kerb on roof chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

S&F precast hydraulically pressed PCC tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC of approved make in screed bed and pointing on roof complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for RCC roof :- (a) Cleaning palstered roof surfaces and applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvented primer a@ 0.3Kg /Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrance 3mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster core of approved make applied by heating one surface of membrane with LPG torch with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be sealed by flame complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement mortar and removing rubbish n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:6) finished fair and even surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) as on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm bore of steel tubing galvanized medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including all fittings including dismantling water tank of 750 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia PTMT ball valve high Pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (min wt 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity 500 litre to 1000 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs GI nipple fully threaded with two numbers check nuts and washers for PVC tank, 100mm long to PVC tank with back nut and washers for inlet and outlet pipe of 20mm complete all as specified and directed.
