M & L for complete removal of existing treatment , from internal surfaces of walls through electrically operated grinder with washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja, etc. finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable drawn in existing concealed PVC/ MS conduit and including replacement of unserviceable pressed steel terminal boxes of required size and factory painted with stove enamelled black paint with top cover 3 mm thick plastic/laminated sheet of required colour with screwed and cup washer with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified for One light/Fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amps one way using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sqmm for earthing) and making good to disturbed surface of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surface of disturbed area i.e. with OBD/colour work/white wash as existing finishes complete all as specified and directed .
