SPECIAL REPAIRS TO RELEVANT BLDG WORKS OF E/M INSTALLATION OF BLDG NO T-511 AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc., removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including screed bed or bedding layers in 20mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of stone slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed and including screed bed or bedding layers in 10mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of stone slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm in floor, with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
