Providing and fixing of Al thimbles of 185mmsq.

LT Shackles with Muki Clamps complete with bolts and fittings

Supplying and fixing of sub station earthing by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm, 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip of 50X6 mm 1 no for neutral earthing and 25X3 mm 2 nos (for transformer body earth, two no. pole earth, 1 no. LA Earth and 1 no. GO handle earth). Note: For LA Earth 1 pipe shall be kept separate as per REC specifications and approved drawings

Supply,Laying,testing,commissioning including Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site, Laying, stringing and binding of 50 sq mm ACSR (RABBIT)conductor including joints with PG clamps of required size.

Providing & fixing of Spike Earthing Rod 20 mm thick, 2.5m long weighing 6.25 Kg each using 40x3 mm Clamp weighing 0.9 Kg as per REC Specifications/ approved drawings.

Supply and Painting of each Pole 1 coat red oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint so as to give even finish (@ 1 ltr/pole red oxide paint and 1 ltr/pole aluminium paint) including Pole Marking showing name of scheme and Year of execution with black marking on yellow base (7 inch x 7 inch)

Providing and laying of Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0.40 cum for 8 mtr poles muffing 20 cm above ground level ,including plaster and curing of concrete.
