Providing E/M services for Pump house including operation and routine maintenance of pump sets/stand by DG set installed at Ganeshkhind old and new pump house by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen with requisite tools and equipments in one shift of 08 hours (i.e from 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs) per day on all working days includings sundys and hollidays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The minimum numbers of tradesmen shall be as per schudle 'A' Note No 13(a) on Srl page No 15R of tender documents.

Providing E/M services for Pump house including operation of pump sets/stand by DG set installed at Ganeshkhind old and new pump house by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen and helper with requisite tools and equipments in one shift of 08 hours (i.e from 0000 hrs to 0800 hrs) per day on all working days includings sundys and hollidays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The minimum numbers of tradesmen and helper shall be as per schudle 'A' Note No 13(b) on Srl page No 15R of tender documents.

Providing E/M services for routine Maintenance of Md Accn / OTM Accn / Installations/ Internal / external Electric supply at MES Service centre / complaint cell Ganeshkhind and repairing of street lights as and when required in General Shift of 08 hours (i.e from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) per day on all workig days excluding sundays and holidays by deplying requisite well trained tradesmen and helper with tools and equipments complete all as specified and directed. Note : A complaint register and Job cards shall be maintained with up to date record of complaint attended / complaint pending etc. Note :- The minimum numbers of tradesmen and helper shall be as per schudle 'A' Note No 13(c) on Srl page No 15R of tender documents.

Providing E/M services round the clock for Armament colony Substation Ganeshkhind including operation and routine maintenance of Substations, attending Emergent Break downs, attending complaints lodged by users by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen and helper with tools and equipments in three shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and 2200 to 0600 Hrs) per day on all working days including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-The minimum numbers of trades men and helpers shall be as per schudle 'A' Note No 13(d) on Srl page No 15R of tender documents. Note : A complaint and break down register shall be maintained and signed by both the parties indicating time and hours or services/breakdown / complaint attended including any delay thereto attending services/ breakdown /complaint, if any. Notes for Srl Item Nos 1.0 to 4.0 :(i) A log book shall be maintained and signed by both the parties indicating time and hours of services / breakdown / complaint attended including any delay thereto attending services / break down / complaint, if any (ii) contractor shall ensure that operation of pump sets and HT / LT OH line will be done by the tradesmen holding required / essential trade license. (iii) Name of individuals deployed for the services shall be exhibited at pump house / installation. The contractor will submit verification in respect of antecedent of the individuals deployed and the security passes shall be obtained well in advance for the individuals deployed for the duty (iv) No additional payments on account of tranportation will be done from the department. (v) The workers deployed on the services shall wear uniform as per standard industrial dress code to exibit professionalism and integrity of the workers.The unit quoted rates against the terms deemed to be included the above said provisions and no extra claim on this account shall be entertained by the Govt.(vi) in case the rates quoted are lower than the fair wages as fixed by the govt of India /State Govt /Union Territory whichever is higher, The Acceepting officer shall have the rights to reject the offer,No claim or any sort of appeal on this account shall be entertained .
