Attending and rectify day to day complaints of different type blockage of WC, Gully trap, bathroom, WHB, kitchen traps, Cleaning and maintenance of all rain water pipes, PVC/soil/wastage pipe running on external walls of bldgs including junction holes of any descriptions of all the mud/slude and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and deposting the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit incl all excavations and earthwork complete all as spd and directed etc system functional on all working days from 0900 hours to 1700 hours with T&P (such as Bamboo, cleaning rod and suitable materials/ tools) GI wire, PHAWADA, Bucket, Spikes etc incl necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure which shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the contractor.

Note for Item No. 1 above :- (i) The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time as notifying in the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from contractor's dues on this account. (ii) Contractor or his supervisor will report daily at 0900 hrs at BR -II yard complaint cell Complaint Cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engineer in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However complaints related to sewage shall be attended on very next day whether it is 'Sunday' or 'Gazetted Holidays' and nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account. (iii) Contractor or his supervisor shall also distribute to all complaint / detailing to tradesman, monitoring the work and taking the complaint slip from trademans everyday and re-submit the same at each complaint cell of day to day complaint. If Contractor or his supervisor fails to attend each complaint cell, A recovery of Rs 1000/- per day for each complaint cell shall be recovered from the contractor's account.

(iv) Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, GI wire, PHAWADA, Bucket, Spikes,die set,sewage pump die set (1/2" to 1") washers of all size, safeda, thread (soot), M-seal, screws, nails etc incl necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed. (v) In addition to above, Contractor shall arrange mechanical rodding with vibrating/ drilling concept i.e trolley mounted sewer cleaning machine as and when required as directed (Minimum once in 03 months) for cleaning entire sewage system and make free of any sludge/ blockage. (vi) The above all aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and Nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage line including connected manhole, upto depth of 6.0 metre by using high pressure super sucker machine vehicle mounted jetting cum suction unit to be capable of air lifting of dense waste/ sludge like mud slurry, small stones, debris, grit etc from sewer lines, through vacuum mode and capable of jetting sewer lines of dia 150mm to 450mm consisting of a water tank having volumetric capacity of 5000 ltrs, including skilled driver and operator for supervising of cleaning of sewage line and also required water for jetting and removal of sludge/ silt/ liquid/sewage water/mud , sand etc. from out side of MOD premises, including removing and refixing of manhole covers, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Contractor shall arrange water for jetting, refilling of tank including labours required to be engaged in the work and rubbish off the sludge from MOD premises. 2. Cleaning of Sewage line and connected manholes shall be done after making all safety arrangements and only after making sure that their is non presence of foul gases such as methene etc in the manhole.

Taking out manhole cover slab, cleaning of manholes depth upto 1.5 mtr by removing all silt, mud, sludge, any other materials, flushing with water to ensure clean, reset the manhole cover in manholes by mechanical means same position after cleaning and testing, removal of spoils/sludge out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cleaning of manhole under this item shall be paid only those manholes which are not connected with sewage line cleaned against item No 2

Taking out manhole cover slab, cleaning of manholes depth exc 1.5 mtr upto 4.5m by removing all silt, mud, sludge, any other materials, flushing with water to ensure clean, reset the manhole cover in same position manholes by mechanical means after cleaning and testing, removal of spoils/sludge out side MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cleaning of manhole under this item shall be paid only those manholes which are not connected with sewage line cleaned against item No 2

Taking out sludge water semi solid or solid materials from septic tank (50 users to 100 users capacity) including connected manholes by mechanical means upto 4.5 mtr depth removing sludge outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drain having inner width upto 0.6m and depth upto 1.2 metre by removing mud, garbage, debries, sludge, vegitation etc having average depth 0.45 m through manually or machnically removing sludge outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC culverts/RCC Pipes having opening area not exe 0.25 sqm / dia upto 450 mm by removing mud,garbage, silt, debris, vegitation etc through manually or machanically as required removing sludge outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation soft/loose soil including old drain pipes with haunching benching complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, watring and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm each in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soils) and Malba received from existing drain cleaning beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/bed block including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, benching of manholes as directed and including necessary form work required.

M&L PCC(1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation of manholes complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' brick staight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 etc including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SFRC manhole covers 750mm x 750mm, 75mm thick with frame factory made including demolition of old manhole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fixed in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc.

S & F galvanized steel wire chain link fence fabric, tensile strength of wires shall be within 400 to 500 Mpa. S & F for hand rail, half round round or other section or core for for wooden hand rail, post and struts ( 40x6) in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. conforming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground(posts embedded in concrete,brick/masonry etc).

M & L for two coats of cement base paint on external surface of wall incl complete removal of existing treatment from wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of weather exiterior paint for over a coat of primer on to wall and including complete removal of existing treatment of wall and one coat of wall cate putty to obtained smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16 mm thick granite work (table rubbed and polished) on bar counter,cooking plateform,pillars,cill,jambs,steps and like over 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 incl pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match and including demilition of existing and removal of deris/demolished material from MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16 mm thick granite work (table rubbed and polished) on wall lining over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match and including demilition of existing and removal of deris/demolished material from MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F laying of punched type cencertina coil ( PPTC) 610 mm dia, 50 turns and made up of 2.60 mm HTGS spring core wire having tensile strength of 1600N sqm mand punched tape shall be of hot dipped galvanised min 200 micron and having barbs of 24 mm width @ 24 mm width @ 35 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick ready mix mortar having ration of 1;4 on brick or concrete surface of any type and finished the surface of even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster of any deacription on any surfaces and15 mm thick ready mix mortar having ration of 1;4 on brick or concrete surface of any type as whole or patches and finished the surface of even and smooth and including two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer and including removal of debries /rubbish off the premises out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 32450.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
