Providing and laying Flooring and Dado Tiles

Dismantling of existing tiles, granite & self leveling epoxy flooring and surface preparation.

Removing by chiseling / hammering / breaking of wall / floor tiles [Up to 25 mm.], wall plaster and other finishes if any etc. including collecting, lowering / shifting, loading, carriage, unloading & stacking the serviceable materials [such as tiles] in Sectional Store of C&SM 3&4, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting, stacking the debris / unwanted materials upto a lead of 3000 meters outside the periphery of the work premises, cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts / heights.

Removing Existing self leveling epoxy paint, Epoxy paint by manually or mechanically and bringing area in proper slope, shape and leveled. Surface preparation by removing existing coating of Epoxy by mechanical scrubber / scrapping fitted with industrial vacuum cleaner and making the surface suitable for application of tile /granite work . Including hire charges of machines, tools & tackles & labours etc., collecting, loading & disposing the debris & waste up to a lead of 3000 to 4000 meters from the place of work etc., complete all as per standard technical specification, manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

Providing and laying Vitrified Tiles of minimum 900 X 900 MM size or 900 x 1200 MM, 600 x 600 mm, Double charged and nano finish, approved make, shade / colour & thickness of tile shall be 8 mm to 10 mm. for Flooring with 20 mm thick CM of 1:4 [bedding] and for Skirting with 12 mm thick CM of 1:3 [backing] or using approved Adhesive [for Flooring & Stilting] pasting the Vitrified tiles on concrete or on masonry or on plastered surfaces, close jointed [with or without spacers] as directed, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry(Tile Grout), finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including cutting of tiles, recommended washing, preparation of base by close hacking / roughening of existing base, racking out all the adjoining masonry joints, cleaning & washing the base with clean water, base should be fully neat; clean & slightly wet / moist before laying mortar & tiles and base shall be fully neat; clean & dry before laying adhesive & tiles, cleaning & washing / mopping the work area and disposing the debris / unwanted materials up to a lead of 2000 to 3000 meters outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specifications, as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all lifts / heights. NOTE: 1) Basic rate of Premium Quality Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged, Nano finish, shall not be less then Rs. 750/- per Sqm. [Excluding GST]. 2) Flooring and skirting shall be of same colour and Design or as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying Vitrified Antiskid Tiles of 900 X 900 mm size or 900 x 1200 mm or 600 x 600 mm, Anti skid, approved make, shade / colour & thickness of tile shall be 8 mm to 10 mm. for Flooring with 20 mm thick CM of 1:4 [bedding] and for Skirting with 12 mm thick CM of 1:3 [backing] or using approved Adhesive [for Flooring & Skilting] pasting the Vitrified tiles on concrete or on masonry or on plastered surfaces, close jointed [with or without spacers] as directed, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry(Tile Grout), finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including cutting of tiles, recommended washing, preparation of base by close hacking / roughening of existing base, racking out all the adjoining masonry joints, cleaning & washing the base with clean water, base should be fully neat; clean & slightly wet / moist before laying mortar & tiles and base shall be fully neat; clean & dry before laying adhesive & tiles, cleaning & washing / mopping the work area and disposing the debris / unwanted materials up to a lead of 2000 to 3000 meters outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specifications, as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all lifts / heights. NOTE: 1) Basic rate of Premium Quality Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged, Nano finish, shall not be less then Rs. 650/- per Sqm. [Excluding GST]. 2) Flooring and skirting shall be of same colour and Design or as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying Glazed ceramic tiles for dado/ skirting using tiles of approved make, shade/ color and of 300 x 450 mm or 600 x 600 size having minimum thickness of 5.5mm in approved pattern over a bed of 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and pointed with matching pigmented cement slurry and finished to line/ levels as required including cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all floors and heights. NOTE: Basic rate of material shall be minimum Rs. 500/- per SqM excluding GST.

Providing and laying 18 mm to 20 mm thick mirror polished Granite slab [Jet black / Ruby red / cat eye etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge] over a bedding of 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, including filling grout in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., smooth rounding all the exposed corners & edges, cutting and finishing the plastered surface, curing, collecting & disposing the waste up to a lead of 2000 to 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note: Basic rate of 18 - 20 mm thick mirror polished Granite Stone Slab shall not be less than Rs.2000.00 per SqM. (excluding GST).
