Dismantling the old NRV and Suction Sluice valves of pumpset No.1&2 by cutting the old /rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and removing the old meterial with the help of HOT crane/heavy labour to floor level as per site required. The work including Closing of suction & delivery sides and fixing dead flange for stopping the water leakage from both the ends.

Providing CI wedge gate sluice valve of size 300 mm dia P.N. 1.0, IS-14846, Body, Cover, DOOR, Wedge CI IS-210, Gr. FG-200/260 Cast iron, bolted bonnet inside screw non-rising stem, Trim- Cu-Alloy rings, stem/spindle- SS(12 cr. 12), Gland packing- libricated Asbestos, End flanges as per IS 1538 F/F drilled. fastners- CS, Gasket- natural rubber. Supply of new nut bolts & washer as per site required for fixing of valves, NRV etc. as per site requirement

Supply of neoprene sheet 6 mm thick Jyoti/National make as per site requirement

Cleaning of silt accumulated inside the delivery line of the pump set with the help of required tools and tackles and manual labour. The job also includes lifting the silt from the dry sump which is approximate 12 mtr. deep and dump the same in the low land area inside the premises of the SPS as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Dewatering of contained water/ leaking water from the header line and common header with the help of Submersible pupsets and allied accessories as per site requirement to avoid any flooding condition in the dry sump.

Fixing of Sluice valve/ NRV in pumpset No. 1&2 with new nut bolt & washer in dry sump including fixing of rubber packing and new nut-bolts with the help of required tool & tackles. The work will be executed through expert Skilled & unskilled staff with all safety arrangements required at site.

Testing of the complete line network with newly installed valve/ NRV''s on Load and no Load with vibration free smooth operation.

Transportation charge including loading, unloading the material at SGT Nagar SPS.
