8346 REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO RCC SLAB SUNKEN FLOOR TREATMENT AND CERTAIN MISC WORK TO CERTAIN BLDGS AT AFMC UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE

Complete removal of existing old bitumenous tarfelt (water proofing treatment) including cement screed bed and PCC padding and cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course to RCC roof slab all as directed.

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below : - (a) M & L for 10 mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces by using liquid Water proofing chemicals @ 200 ml per bag of cement. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and evenly applying one coat of oil based cold bituminous primer @ 0.70 Kg per Sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm and 3 mm thick with laps and overlaps as specified and joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggegates as in PCC padding in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded and chamfered on edges and on chajjas laid over RCC surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement includng necessary water proofing chemicals @ 200 ml per bag of cement all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid Waterproofing chemicals.

M & L for removing any type of existing treatment/ old felt/ loose plaster/ concrete etc and repair existing RCC Slab with polymer mortar by adding bonding agent (SBR). Reparing of slab, parapet wall junction, cracks and other large blow holes by opening in V shape and filling by polymer mortar or putty followed by fiber mash tape with SBR in conjunction with cement. Make : CICO LATEX SBR/ Nitobond/ BASF master Emaco SBR2 including applying CEMENTITIOUS ELASTOMERIC SLURRY COAT for water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying acrylic based polymer modified cementitious elastomeric flexible composite coating system consisting of applying following : (i) First coat applying with CICO TAPECRETE-P151 or equivalent in FOSROC/STP/SIKA/BASF, mixed with neat fresh cement in the ratio of 1:1 by weight after dust free and moist the surface. (ii) Laying second layer of Fiber glass cloth of 45 GSM when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fiber cloth should not be less than 10CM. (iii) Applying final layer of comentitious elastomeric flrxible composite coating system. The whole tarrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 24 hours for curing and for final test. (Item No 6.00 contd.......) Screed to Slope :- Providing and appying seamless thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs, exterior wall and exposed surface. Make : CICO THERMOSEAL XL or equivalent in/ FOSROC/ SIKA/STP limited as approved with dual effects by relecting more than 80% of sun rays thereby heating of roof surface reduces remarkably due to high amount of Titanium di oxide & transfer of heat from roof surface is blocked due presence of ceramic micro sphare with the application of roof and side wall it reduced energy cost upto 20%. Note : The surfaces which are to receive the coating or tratment must be make free from oil, laitance, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign material adhering on it before the waterproofing job started the rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included and No extra payment will be entertained on this account.

Disconnecting existing OH tanks exc 250 Litre capacity but not exc 500 Litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting and refixing and reconnecting in position if required after completion of roof repairs complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting existing OH tanks exc 500 Litre capacity but not exc 1000 Litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting and refixing and reconnecting in position if required after completion of roof repairs complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Cleaning , repairing etc. will be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting existing OH tanks exc 1000 Litre capacity but not exc 2000 Litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting and refixing and reconnecting in position if required after completion of roof repairs complete all as specified and directed. Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frame) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each removing from site complete.

S & F Factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid PVC single door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm prelaminated colour sheet reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm MS square tube having wall thickness 19 guge complete all as shown in sketch on page 180 of SSR 2020 Part II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 mm x 19 mm having wall thickness 19 gauge for stiles. MS tube 15mmx 15mm having wall thickness 19 mm gauge for top and bottom rails.
