Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as in ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layer with 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and top 5 mm thick in CM 1:4, mixing water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement (but excluding the cost of WPC) finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for preparation of new plastered/ undecorated surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of 3mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for preparation of new plastered/ undecorated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixing with WPC as per manufacturers instruction. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound to incorporate in above item.

M&L Applying evenly a priming coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each the exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 for dado/skirting on brick massonry surface finished fair and even for receiving tiles in vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified light coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the roof surface and applying oil bond bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having soften point not less than 140 degree centigrade tensile strength not less than 800/N/sqm cum tearing strength 180N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15cm end laps by application of torch applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.2 kg/sqm and providing garnish with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg/sqm over completed area of membrane.
