Providing arrangements for ITF 2024 function at Mini stadium Wimberly Gunj for 01 day including hire charges of stage decoration, stage lights, stage sound system (PA system), back up power supply, drinking water arrangement and watch & ward etc including loading carriage and unloading of materails and clearance of all materials from Mini Stadium after the function as per the direction.

Full stage decoration including green/changing room ( 1 day)

Stage sound system for outdoor heavy duty (PA system) (1 day)

Stage lights (1 day)

Back up Power supply for un interrupted function as required (1 day)

Drinking water arrangement (1 day) 20 Nos. canes of 20 ltr capacity

Providing Watch & Ward for the function at ground (3 labours for 01 day)

Providing and fixing Flux banner of size 20 feet x 8 feet for entrance and Background of stage.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Old work (one or more coats)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.
