Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes,in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres)

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11 Removal of unsuitable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 m

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting p g to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Cement Treated Soil Sub Base/ Base (Providing, laying and spreading soil on a prepared sub grade, pulverising, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base / base.)

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub grade with brick on end edging according to line, graded and croos section shown on the drawing filling joint with sand and earth, spreding 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled roller as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.), P.C.C grade M15 Nominal Mix(1:2.5:5)

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT (Fe-500 D) reinforcement bar (From Primary Producer: TATA/SAIL/Esser Steel/ Jindal steel/Shyam steel/RINL) in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 (i) Granular materials

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete
