Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable, foundation poles etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, leveling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned depth only shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty UG cable after taking down old unserviceable cable with stranded alluminium conductors 25.0 sqmm x 4 core,1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches compleate all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. Make:- KEI / MESCAB / GOLOSTER / HAVELLS.

All as per item No. 06 above but cable of size 4 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 80 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable, laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 above but size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe not exceeding 30cm wide and not exceeding 30cm deep and making good after laying pipe/ cable etc. with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) matching with existing road complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair steel tubular swaged pole, 9 mtr hight confirming to IS-2317/1980 type 410-SP-31,complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts, nuts and screws etc including two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surface of poles and two coats of black bituminious paint on embeded portion, numbering of poles complete, including taking out damaged steel tubular pole /prestressed concrete pole with porcelain insulator and demolition of cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair 4 way vertical type TPN DB double door suitable for four pole MCCB 63 A as incomer including making good to damaged surface/ wall including re-connection with existing earth wire to DB complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- MCCB shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply and fix hot pressed moulded SMC junction box of inside dimension 300 mm x 150 mm x 170 mm to be fixed to pole with provision of 2 number aluminium bus bar of size 25x5mm with mild steel work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix high Density Polyethylene pipe (HDPE), Class 2, 15 / 20 mm bore / dia fixed to electric pole with and including 20mm x 3mm GI clamps with every 1 mtr spacing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of fixing clamps is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Material and labour for wiring with two run of PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductors of size 1.5 Sq mm and one run of same size of copper conductor as continuity earth wire, drawn through HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Two run of 1.5 Sqmm + one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable for earth continuity wire shall be measured as an one unit i,e One Rm. (ii) HDPE Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix, in repair, LED Street light 25 Watt ASTRA NEO street lights are made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LED's with secondary optics and IP66 protection. eFFICACY > 110LPW all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix, in repair LED Street light RAPTOR NEO street lights are aerodynamically designed for all weather conditions with excellent thermal management, made with presure die cast housing with toughened glass 60 watt capacity all as specified and as directed. Make :- CROMPTON -CAT NO-TRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG / or equivalent model of Makes specified in CA.

Supply and fix, in repair LED Street light 200 Watt PLUTO NEO LED flood light up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenes with IP66 protection all as specified and as directed. Make :- CROMPTON -CAT NO-LFLN-200-CDL/60-M / or equivalent model of Makes specified in CA.

Supply and fix flexible lighting Galaxy tricolor strips suitable for indoor/outdoor of strip lenth 18 mtr 120 LED per meter all as specified and as directed. Make :- CROMPTON Ordering code - TLS100026-D1, DESTRIPTION -TCS-106-144-IND-SL-CP-NWH / Equivalent Model of Makes specified in CA.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia of by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, in repair, connect, testing and commissioning surface mounted modular type multifunctional digital type timer switch for street light for 24 hrs operation including connection with existing serviceable DB and programming complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix compact type Wall mounted Street light Timer Panel with power coated mild steel enclousure for 415 Volt to be fixed on pole/Wall with provision of bus bar, Power Contractor 65 Amp, MC 63 Amp TPN, Digital Timer switch complete fixed with mild steel clamp, nut & bolt and including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for coping of poles upto 30cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old damaged PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of electric pole, bus bar and panel board etc including necessary form work and demolition of old unserviceable concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED post top lantern for 360 degree indirect light with IP 65 protection resistant to impact and corrosion, glare-free and better uniformity 40 Watt with all accessories and fixing in existing post including taking out old unserviceable/ broken light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make - CROMPTON CAT NO- LPTO-40-WW-M (MAPLE) / or equivalent Model of Makes specified in CA.

Servicing of Winch arrangement, steel wire ropes for High mast lighting system of 10/ 12.5/ 16 mtr by lowering the lantern carraige and checking U/S Flood light fitting & strength of steel wire ropes between winch and lantern carriage after disconnecting all electrical connections of High Mast from the Panel Board &, repair /replacement of defective spares and servicing of all parts which ever is necessary & reassembling the lighting sytem after completion of work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items as supply only The labour element involved for replaceing spares is deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for checking, Inspection, maintanance and servicing of DG set of capacity 200 KVA including Engine/ Alternator/ Control panel of DG set for routine check up for smoth functioning complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engg - In - Charge for the folowing : (a) Checking of lubricating oil condition (b) Checking engine for oil, disel, water leakage and correcting the same (c) Checking of all the nut bolts of engine and alternator (d) Checking of all belts and adjust the tenson properly (e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Checking and readjusting the valve clearance (g) Change of Oil/Fuel filters and engine oil if necessary (h) Checking of startor motor battery and charger (i) Checking of cooling system and fuel system (j) To check all power cables and AVR connections and mounting bolt tightnees of alternator (k) To check the function of AVR genaral checks (l) To check control panel meters and gadgets functiong (m) To check all control and safety wirings (m) Checking of flexible coupling of engine and alternator (n) Cleaning of crank case ventilation pipe (o) Checking of injectors and fuel pump (p) Checking of alternator and carbon brushes of following capacity DG sets.
