Earth work execavation abd depositing on bank with in intial lead of 10 mts and lift of 2 mts in narrow trenches for laying the pipes in all kinds of soils as directed by the departmental officers

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Using 40 mm HBG metal for basement and flooring layers not more than 15cm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including consolidation as per standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand ) using Country Bricks ground molded of size 22x11x7 cm. Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges as per standard specification.

Centering shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation and Basement and in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25mmx25mm x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joints of 10cm size x6.5cm size spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying Fabricating and placing in position of HSD steel rods for reinforcement including the cost of steel and binding wire etc, complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete1:1.5:3 mix by using 20mm HBG metal including all other labourcharges etc complete

plastering in CM 1:5 Mix12mm Thick including all other labour charges etc complete

Cost and supply of ceramix tiles 30 x 30 6mm in CM 1:2 mix including all cost and conveyance all labour charges all etc.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab in the proportion being brickjelly to lime 32:12:1/2 by volume and laid over in to a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness beating type concrete with wooded beaters keeping the surface constantly welted by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering in CEMENT MORTAR 1:5 12mm thick in Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including etc., as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc. complete - 10 Sqm. SI 359

Painting two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over wall plastering surface with best approved first quality of approved colour over the one coat of priming etc., complete complying with standard specification (The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works )

Painting TWO coat of enamal paint new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works)
