S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for 5cm sand stone slabs in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc, n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4, complete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Drilling holes for bolts, pipes, etc. n. exc 25mm dia in granite or trape stone for gas connection pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sinks in repairs with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915 mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 350 X 250 X7 MM/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm backing coat in CM 1:4 including complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of Each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles with screed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls and roof ceilings etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortor (1:6) finished the surface even and Smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4), the surface even and Smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 5.00 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and Smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC unsheathed cable single core stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm size, 1100 V grade, drawn into casing & caping (ISI marked) not less than 20mm dia on surface with and including PVC unsheathed cable single core copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm as continuous earth wire and including pressed MS sheet sunk in box 1.12 mm thick with 2.8 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following :- (a) One light/fan/Exh/Bell point controlled by one switch 5 Amp one way

M&L for submain wiring with PVC unsheathed cable single core stranded copper conductor 6sq mm size, 1100 V grade, drawn through PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) not less than 25mm dia on surface with and including PVC unsheathed cable single core copper conductor 6.0 Sq mm as continuous earth wire and all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting & Taking down the existing Geyser of any description and any capacity (25 Ltrs) and in any position from the existing location for necessary repairs & maintenance/replacement/painting etc and refixing the after cleaning and painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.
