Providing concrete Tetra pod weighing 6Ton (2.50m3) in plain cement concrete M35 grade including, casting, finishing and curing, transporting placing in position as per approved design and slope over a Armour layer of rubble mounded Break water with etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per the drawings and specifications and as per the condition laids in special conditions.

Earthwork open excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to the full depth as may be diverted in sand slit or other loose soil inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth.

Formation of embankment with sand gravel mix (1:1) at the rate of 0.55 cu.m of filling sand and 0.58 cu .m of gravel to consolidated 1hide of 150mm designed to attain a CBR value of not less than 20 including cost and conveyance of sand gravel from approved sources to work site and stacking them to the departmental gauge for premeasurement including labour charges labour charges for power roller watering and all other tools and plants employed including all other incidental charges etc., complete

Providing bored cast in situ piles including boring using all machineries and tools required through all soils other than soft rock and hard strata using 10% of Bentonite solution by volume of concrete. Supply and fabrication of mild steel liner tube of following dia with M.S.Steel plate of 6mm thick including all charges for transporting and bending of the liner tube to the required shape and size including wielding with standard electrode materials to required thickness etc complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Installing pitching driving 6mm thick MS liner tube of up to 600mm dia in all soils including all incidental charges, machinery charges and labour for holding in vertical alignment in position for 600mm dia. Board cast in situ pile etc complete as directed by the Departmental Officers

Removing by cutting M.S liner tube of 6 mm thick in 600mm dia pile to the required length of using gas cutter and chipping, cleaning out the depth etc. complete and also Dismantling, Clearing away and Carefully Stocking materials useful for the use for any thickness of walls.

Providing and placing insitu design mix reinforcement cement concrete of M30 (M Thirty only) by weight basis using ordinary portland cement (OPC) 43 grade with minimum cement concrete of 380 kg/m3 (Three Hundred and Eighty kilogram) and coarse agreegate using 20mm and 12 gauge HBG stone jelly with maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 and using superplasticizer 250ml per 50kg of cement but the rate excluding cost of steel reinforcement and form work etc.,complete complying with standard specification. Supplying fabrication and placing in position factory fusion bonded Epoxy coated plain/ribbed HYSD steel for R.C.C. work not less than 175 microns thickness upto 300, microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per I.S. code 13620 – 1993 for plain / R.T.S HYSD rods for all R.C.C. works including testing of coating at plant. The rate is inclusive of cost of steel rods, labour charges for bending, typing, P.V.C. coated binding wires etc., and conveyance charges from the point of purchase to the epoxy coating plant of Reputed companies and bringing from there to the site of work as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Handling, Transporting and Placing of beams and Slabs of various sizes in position as specified in the drawing and as directed including all labour for operation, tools, tackles, plants and equipments, fuel etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 150m thick including cost and conveyance of materials labour charges for laying compacting finishing and curing etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by department engineers.

Supplying and Fixing in position cast iron bollard of 10 T Bollard Pull of 0.30m dia and 0.50m height using M.S rings (or) sheet of thickness 8mm including filling with M30 Plain cement Concrete using 20mm Jelly as directed by departmental Officers

Supplying and fixing in position Rubber tyre fenders (90cm dia) with necessary, chain, hooks, bolt and nuts as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works using M.S. sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm BG 19 gauge of stiffness with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for, boarding laid over steel acro span / wooden joist spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by the steel props/casurina of suitable diameter spaced at 75 cm center to centre etc. complying with standard specification complete in all floors. Dynamic load test BIS 2911 part 1 section and part II test of single / group piles under routine test, test load inclusive all charges for extension of cutting piles that may be necessary erecting load platform in the manner acceptable and approved by the engineer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading the test loads and hire charges and all other incidental retaining the test load for 24 hours for 100% capacity and calibration chart for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer before commencing day of the test. Calibration of pressure gauge must be done before taking up the first load test in every site of work for piles 60 cm dia etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing MS angle of size 75x75x10mm on one side and including supporting flat lugs at 600mm c/c including cost of angles, flats and fillet welding etc complete as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of nominalmix 1:3:6(M 10) grade with 40mm and down size graded granite metal, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation, plinth and ground floor level for retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness ) including columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, fillets etc, including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, curing etc., hire charges for complete as per specifications.

Excavation By Boring of 600 mm wide trench in all types of soil, including pebbles, gravel, boulders to depth varying from -6.5m level to +2.00 m level above chart datum for construction of diaphragm wall including bentonite mud circulation/crane mounted grab all labour , equipments and machinery for excavation, hire charges for grab , crane etc, complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department officer.

Providing and placing insitu reinforced concrete of M30 grade for diapragm wall ,deadman up to the required level excluding the cost of reinforcement steel ,centering under water shall be by any of the method as approved by the Engneer. Etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of RTS rods for RCC works given including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position of grills apply etc. complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. Adopting cost of rods as applicable for R.T.S rods

Dismantling of existing structure with suitable cement concrete, including T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres complete as per specifications. including hirecharges for dismanteling equipment and labour etc complete as directed by department officer.

Providing WBM For 75mm thick in Bottom layer laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Specifications.

Providing WBM For 75mm thick in top layer laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Specifications.

Dredging in front of quay and in the entire harbour basin, entrance channel/inlet from creek to sea from existing levels to specified levels and slopes in the area marked in the drawing in all types of soils, pebbles, soft rock etc. dredgable by suction cutter/ grab/ backhoe or any other suitable method, carrying/ transporting in hopper barges/pipelines and disposing by depositing either in the marked reclamation area and/ or in the dumping area located at an average distance of 1km to2 Kms as per the directions and to the complete satisfaction of EIC including all charges of mobilisation, demobilisation of machineries/equipments,men, materials etc. complete with all lead and lift including taking soundings and ploting and producing department both in hard and soft copys and if any archelogical substance / materials found during dredging should be handed over department.
