M&L for air termination, single pointed, Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including taking out/dismantling old air termination rod

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32x6 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation all as directed by Engineer-in Charge complete including insulators riveting and soldering or brazing including taking out/down /dismantling old earth continuity conductor.

All same as per item No 2 here-in-above but 25 x 3 mm Almunium strip -do-

S&F test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm thick with arrangement by making 12 Nos. holes suitable for and including 12 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long bolts and nuts hexagonal head including taking out/down/dismantling old test point terminal block

M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and other end of earth wire connected to Pole / transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point, GI earth wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old earthing.. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner

S & F in repairs GI protection pipe 50 mm dia light grade cut to size & fixed in any description such as in roof etc for passing of Air termination rod fixed in MS clamps of size as orderd complete all as directed.
