Earth work excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5 m including dressing the sides, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site, shoring etc if required, complete the item of work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Filling foundation and plinth with filling sand laying in layers including ramming, watering, compacting including cost, conveyance and royalty of sand from approved quarry and other taxes if any with all leads, lifts, T&P etc complete the items of work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

R.R.H.G stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality form approved quarry including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing R.C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down graded clean hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks,including centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Column base

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using Flyash bricks of 23x11x8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:4) including punning over walls, finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Coal taring two coats including cost of coal tar and tar paper with all cost, conveyance, labour, T&P and cess etc. complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in cement mortar finished smooth surface on brick wall after racking out joints including watering curing to required period including cost conveyance, royalty of all materials, T&P complete etc. as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in cement mortar finished smooth surface on brick wall after racking out joints including watering curing to required period including cost conveyance, royalty of all materials, T&P complete etc. as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge..(GROUND FLOOR).

20mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to stone work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats with approved shade, over a coat of priming with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
