Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the soil within 50M initial lead and 1.5m intial lift. including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3M in depth and as per the direction of Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm nominal size down graded of crusher broken hard grantie stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming byu means of vibrator etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC M20 Grade using 20mm & downgraded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties with labour, cess and T&P etc. required for the work complete.

Fly Ash brick masonary in C:M (1:6) using 25cmx12cmx8 cm size bricks having crushsing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular, mouldings, and corbelling , champhering and similar such type of work , watering and curing etc . complete including cost , conveyance, royalities and . of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(In Foundation)

In Superstructure

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the outside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the inside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Painting two coats with weather coats of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint on over one coat of primer new work including all cost of paint and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper copaction laid in required pattern ec coplete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63-2018 etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting fixing truses using A.I.M.S flats Joists etc complete including all cost conveyance taxes etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing supplying fitting and fixing of GCI sheet in roof drilling holes n winties including fixing of ridged valleys winties etc including all cost conveyance labur and T&P etc complete.
