Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 4 : 8)1 cement 4 coasre sand 8 stone aggregate grade , with 40mm nominal size . Nallah (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand). (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Extra for Stone work in Super structure above plinth level upto floor V level (By manual means)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement 6 fine sand ) (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Providing and fixing paneled or glazed shutters for doors and windows and clestory windows using 10 kg /sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including ISI marked black enameled M.S. butt hinges bright finished of requried size with necessary screws, ( 35mm thick of 2nd class kail wood).

Extra towards the cost of 4 mm thick glass panes.

Cement concrete flooring in (1:2:4) 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate finishing with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but exd. The cost of nosing of step etc. complete 50mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregates (crushed) (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofingincluding vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts, nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of steels complete ( upto a pitchin horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlin ,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape where ever requried 0.50 thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Providing ridges of hips of width 60 cm 0verall width plain GS Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts, nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers complete 0.50mm thick

Providing and fixing hard board celing sheet of approved quality with neccesary nails etc. complete 6 mm thick ( frame work paid separately)

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc sawn and fixed in position 2nd class kail wood

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufactures on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades (two or more coats) on new work

White washing with lime to give an even shade with three or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing lSI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm

Providing and Fixing aluminium tower bolt ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC as per IS 1868)transparent or dyed to required colouur or shade with necessary screws etc. complete 100 X 10 MM
