Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Applying tack coat over BT surface using 3 kgs of bitumen emulsion per 10 sqm including cost of bitumen emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered at the issue rate as per the special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags, etc., complete as per standard specification No 503 of MOST

Providing laying and rolling of open Graded pre Mix carpet of 20mm Thickness Composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to sereve as Wearing Course on previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Three Wheel 80-100 KN static roller Capacicty , finished to reqired level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical specification clause 508

providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels ,grade and cross fall using Type A , Type B Type C as per Technical Specification clause 510

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
