Painting to the steel structure of the chair in two coats of paint as directed.

S&F in repairs MS Tube 25 mm Square, 16 Gauge welded to existing frame duly painted with OG / Black paint as directed to match with existing surfaces all as directed. (Drg No. FD-84(M), FD-1004 /1003, FD-165, FD-1007/ 1008, FD-1018)

Supply and fixing the table tops for the steel tables for OTM and MD accn, after removing old damaged table tops. The top shall be fabricated out of 18mm thick pre laminated particale board both side laminated with one side teak shade lamination and other side white lamination. the exposed edges shall be provided 4mm x 18mm thick teakwood beading with wood adhasive and headless nails, the beading shall be properly polished after proepation of all surfaces. the tops shall be fixed with the frame tightly and properly with screws to the following tables:-

Supply and fixing with welding work & removing and fixing of unserviceable part as per pattern of Durun / complete assy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable fabric, foam cushions of seat and back and upholistring of existing chair computer with new fabric, new foam 50mm thick high density (32 density) for seat and back rest as per best trade pattern. Note : Min price range of cloth to be used Rs 200/- per mtr.

Taking out U/S base for chair and S&F new base complete in all respects as pe requirement and duly functional, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of U/S hand rest and S & F new hand rest of best quality as per sample available in BS Yard complete all asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of padestal assembly as per sample available in BS Yard complete all asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

TABLE DINNING ORS (Drg No.- FD-165)

S&F of top made out of PPB teak 18mm thick duly covered with aluminium sheet 22 gauge with screws as shown in drg all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to the frame with black japanned synthetic enameled paint after smoothing the surface with emery paper complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR VARANDAH (Drg No.- FD-256)

Removing old damaged cane plastic from the chair varandah and cleaning the steel frame with emry paper and prepration of surfaces after appling one coat of prime whereever the painting is removed or frame is found rusted, applying two coats of paint white with proper worksmanship.

Welding to the broken or loose joints whereever it is required before painting to the steel frame of the chair varandha complete all as specified and as directed.

Recanning the chair varandha with 4mm wide cane plastic half round white colour in a pattern as described in the drg and as directed.

Recanning the chair varandha with 25mm wide tape near in pattern shown on drawing, the dead ends of the newar shall be tightly stiched with frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting one coat to the following items with synthetic enameled paint Ist quality (Shalimar /British) of shade as mentioned below with spray Gun both internal/External after removing the old paint, rust and dust with sand paper dents to be removed and preparing the surface smooth by applying putty and sand paper and certain other work as mentioned against each :-

Supply and fixing in replacement of 100mm thick cushion foam seat cushion foam 32 density of size 530x580mm duly covered with approved and vergin tapestry cloth of best quality. Rate of tapesrty shall not be less than Rs 200 per meter all as specified and as directed. (Drg No. FD-373, FD-281 etc)

Removing old US/worn out tapestry cloth cover of foam cushion of size 530mm x 580mm x 100mm and supply and fixing new tapestry cloth cover of best quality rate not less than Rs 200 per meter all as directed. (Drg No. FD-373, FD-281 etc)

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 58,164.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 14A of IAFW-1815-Z) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 14A of IAFW 1815-Z.
