Dismantling the unserviceable gland packing and Supply and fixing new gland packing for replacing of Sluice valve / Pump set of any Size or capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering & Cleaning of Main water Receiving tank / UG Sump / roof top of capacity upo 30000 ltr by draining out stagnant water and removing all fungus muds and sludge, de-scaling vegetation on the inside of fire tank/open well and white washing (Two Coat) and one coat of cement base paint etc including Cleaning the surroundings area of the open well to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, filling holes and levelling around and removing waste materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete including writing date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of broken aluminium telescopic ladder 30 feet height including pulley , platform, rubber wheels , bracing if required , greasing and painting of bottom support complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable mono block centrifugal pump set by disconnecting the cable connection suction and delivery pipe lines of the pump set, separate the motor from pump, transporting to workshop, removing the burnt out winding from slots, cleaning the starter and rotor slots with CTC and emery paper and rewinding , varnishing and heataing the motor with as per existing size of new supper enameled copper winding wire and insulating by using class ‘B’ insulation keeping for drying, bring back to site, reassemble the motor and pump, fixing in position, connecting electric connections testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance including taking down old unserviceable copper winding complete all as specified and as directed for the upto 5 HP capacities :-

Taking out submersible motor and pump of any capacity from borewell with connected pipe lines erected in bore well after disconnecting existing water and electric supply connections and shifting the pump set to local workshop for necessary repairs and refixing lowering after repair/rewinding of submersible motor and connecting the same all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of repair shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for overhauling & refurbishing of induction motors /booster motor /by carring out the following works including reassembling the same and testing complete upto 7.5 HP capacity and different capacities as under :- (a) Disconnection of power supply after proper electrical shut down, taking out the motor from foundation by and dismantling the coupling and transporting to workshop from site. (b) Dismantling the motor assembly, cleaning of winding for all traces of dust & grease and cleaning the inner surfaces by petrol, pre heating of stator in the heating chamber at 100 degree celcius for 4 hours and applying of bectol red finishing varnish over the winding. Notes rates are included for transportation etc.

Complete arrangement for carried out of Chemical Analysis test of drinking water as per IS 10500:2012 (second revision) from an Acredited laboratory-NABL . The Sample of drinking water for testing taken from following locations ,and submit the report to Engineer-in-charge in duration of evey six month all as specified . (i) CABS/STIR (ii) CEMILAC

Supply and fix in replacement of water seal gland of exisitng monoblock pump set upto 30 HP capacity all as specified and directed.

Desiliting/ cleaning of borewell including taking out and lowering of new/repaired submersible pump set of any size (5 HP to 17.5 HP), 3 phase 400/415 Volts in 200/250 mm size tube well up to existing depth of bore comprising following natur of work.

Dip connection existing pipe connection any size and removing electric connection.

Errection of trapord/chain pulley block at site .

Unscrewing the submersible pump and removing the same at site for relowering.

Transporting the trooly mounted DTH machine at site for flushing the bore well/further boring if required.

Flushing the bore hole through compressor operating 120PSI after lowering the rig in length 1.5 mtr x 80 Nos continuously till clear water in obtained not less than 8 hrs
