Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as roof floors, beams, staircase landing slab chajja/sunshade etc of ) of any description and in any position including removing rubbish off the premises complete as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on walls, ceiling, skirting, dado of any description including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris from site of work etc all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of columns, posts, pillars, piers as square, rectangular of polygonal for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including support, overhangs etc. for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (Design Mix) grade type M-25 (20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC (Design Mix) grade type M-25 (20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, band etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over upto and cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, in stirrups, spacers etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 but except bricks (Old serviceable bricks shall be obtained from demolition vide item No 2.00 above)

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 herein before but other than fair faces brick work .

S&F Mild Steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in frencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia. barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire of fencing to be measured.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, any description, washing rubbing down and applying two coats external water based emulsion paint ( 1st quality) over a coat of exterior suitable primer etc all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of girth exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
