Hiring/ Providing of services for housekeeping / upkeeping of the Office Complex (Directorates of PWD (RNB) central Kashmir, PMGSY Building, Circle Office North N Divisional Office Rajbagh Srinagar by way of Dusting, cleaning, sweeping, Anti-clogging

A) Mannual / Mechanical Dusting, cleaning and sweeping, mopping, phenyle washing of dry areas (Floors of offices / Rooms, Corridors, Stairs, Dado, Skirting, Window, Wire gauze Sills, Jambs, Glass panes, office furniture) on daily basis including shampooing of sofa, chairs and tables as well as scrubbing and polishing of floors as and when required. B) Mannual / Mechanical Deep Cleaning / Chemical cleaning of wet areas (washrooms, Floor tiles, Wall tiles, Wash Basins, Water Closets, Urinals, exposed washroom fittings, using the required chemicals like Harpic, Phenyl, Lizol, Napthalene Balls, Washroom freshners, Tile cleaners, Detergents, Wipers, Brushes including anti-clogging and mopping the surfaces dry and clean and keeping Dry and Wet areas stain free along with anti-rodent treatment in the office / Directorates of PWD (R&B) Central Kashmir. C) Cleaning of Overhead and underground water storage tanks by way of removing of deposited material and antibacterial treatment and wiping the tank clean twice in a year. D) Watering, upkeep and caretaking of planters in the Directorates of PWD for the period (2026-27) of 12 Months.

Sweeping / Cleaning / washing of External / open areas / plinth protection, porches, parking areas and back spaces within the office premises by way of removing all dust, trash and organic matter along with its scientific disposal using the required chemicals like phenyl and anti clogging of drains, anti-roden treatmentand keeping the premises free from dirt, trash and organic matter incl. all materials and equipments required for cleaning, sweeping, washing and logistics for the job including collection and disposal of fallen leaves within the premises.

Cleaning of Septic and Soakage Pits of by way of Mechanical Means annually incl. scientific disposal as per directions of EIC at site complete.

Clearance of debries / bird droppings and unserviceable material from attic floor including disposal of the same by mechanical transport outside muncipal limits.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)
