REPAIRS MAINT OF LT EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT C and E AREA UNDER GE CHENNAI

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in width and 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay fine sieved excavated dry soil cushioning spreading levelling for cable trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' in trenches for cable protection of U/G cable complete all as specified and directed.

DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe 50 x 38 mm conforming to IS: 14930/ IS 16205 for protection of electric cables including necessary snap-fit coupler required for fixing.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable of size 25 sqmm x 3.5 core from trenches/ walls (or) passing through pipes/in floor removing the unserviceable fault cable and carefully stacking the serviceable cable for reusing all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items
