COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF INTERNAL BR NATURE OF WORK SANITARY FITTING PLUMBING WORK IN MD ACCN AT PIRU VIHAR IN THE AREA OF AGE BR III UNDER GE WEST DELHI CANTT 10

Attending day to day upkeeping under ground sewage complaints of all nature for rectification i.e. blockage of WHB, bottle trap, urinal, sink, floor trap Nahani traps, WC gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia including junction holes of any description ,sewer/rain water line, manholes in any situation of building for cleaning manually using bamboo or other eqpt / mechanically as per requirement at site and removing blockage from entire system and making it fully functional in the area of Piru Vihar in the AOR of AGE B/RIII complete all as specified and as directed. It also includes the removal of sludge / night soil produced by daily cleaning beyond MOD land immediately after drying Note :- (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be leived upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account. (ii) Contractor shall arrange suitable mechanical equipments incl necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed. (iii) In addition to above, Contractor shall arrange mechanical rodding with vibrating/ drilling concept i.e trolley mounted sewer cleaning machine once in every month for cleaning entire sewage system and free of any sludge/ blockage. (iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell and will write the complaints in complaint register and will issue the docket/receipt to labour , in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of JE's in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However such complaints shall be attended on very next day whether it is 'Sunday' or 'Gazetted Holidays' and nothing extra shall be payalbe to contractor on this account.The work shall be executed upto 9 storey bldg.

Attending day to day complaint to water leakage from taps, WCs, flushing cistern, urinals, wash basins, bottle traps CI trap from ceiling etc and any obstruction to water supply requiring plumbing work and carry out minor repairs such like replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings, adjustment of float valves and syphon fittings of flushing cistern, cleaning of bottle traps etc in the area of Piru Vihar in the AOR of AGE B/RIII all as specified and directed.In case of no water complaint ,to rectify it, work shall be executed at any floor in shaft of building upto 9th storey,therefore the provision for safety belt has to be made by the contractor himself. Note : (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday , commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs. 120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be leived on/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. Any item/material which are required to be replaced shall be supplied by the contractor himself and proof for the same shall be provided to the dept daily. Any item required other than mentioned in' S&F' items will be provided by the department. However labour charges for items of 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repair' shall be included in respective item. (ii) In addition of above Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P such as die set (1/2" to 1") washers of all size, safeda, thread (soot), M-seal, screws, nails and the like incl necessary form work and scaffolding and safety measures to make it functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed (iii) The above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily for collection of complaints from complaint cell and online complaints from ARMAAN. In case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Egr in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. The work shall be executed upto 9 storey bldg.

Attending day to day complaint to water leakage from kitche, toilet & bath CI/PVC pipes in shaft and balcony ,CI trap from ceiling, connecting U/S pipes etc and any obstruction to water supply requiring plumbing work and carry out minor repairs in the area of Piru Vihar in the AOR of AGE B/RIII all as specified and directed.In case of no water complaint ,to rectify it, work shall be executed at any floor in shaft of building upto 9th storey,therefore the provision for safety belt has to be made by the contractor himself.

Attending day to day complaints of carpentary work (wooden/steel/aluminium) iron/aluminium mongery, palmet box, door springs, rolling shutters, venetion blinds etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such like tighting of screws/nails easening of joinery door spring etc in the area of Piru Vihar in the AOR of AGE B/RIII . complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday , commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs. 120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be leived on/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. Any item/material which are required to be replaced shall be supplied by the Department other than those mentioned in 'S&F' items.. However labour charges for items of 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repair' shall be included in respective item. (ii) In addition above Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P such as (screws/nails, plugs, grease,putty welding rods & portable welding machine drill machine & bid) etc including necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure to make it functionalncl all as specified and directed. (iii) The above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's Incharge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Egr in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. The work shall be executed upto 9 storey bldg.

Attending day to day complaint of black smith work to welding work in repais to steel windows/doors, handles, door springs, iron frame of doors, rolling shutter and other iron misc works ,repair by welding run or spot welding complete as per site requirement in the area of Piru Vihar in the AOR of AGE B/RIII complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday , commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs. 120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied on/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. Any item/material which are required to be replaced shall be supplied by the Department other than those mentioned in 'S&F' items. However labour charges for items of 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repair' shall be included in respective item. (ii) Contractor will arrange suitable T&P such as RIKSHAW, welding machine, gloves, welding glass,welding rod etc and any other tools required incl necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's Incharge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engr in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. The work shall be executed upto 9 storey bldg.

Note for Item No. 1 to 5 :- (i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE;s/MES rep and distribute to all complaints/ detailing to tradesman, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip from trademans on every working day and re-submit the same after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell, failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's due payments.

(i) Complaint cell shall be run in location PIRU VIHAR. Contractor's supervisor shall be available at a particular given location for full working day to recieve complaints from user.

(ii) Contractor's engineer or supervisor shall be available for execution of work and paper work.

(iii) complaints are of day to day nature and complete site cannot be forecasted or complete site cannot be handed over to contractor at once.The contractor shall provide manpower and material as per requirement , in case the contractor is not able to produce skilled labour as per the contract charges will be levied upon. Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell and will write the complaints in complaint register and will issue the docket/receipt to labour , in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of JE's in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However such complaints shall be attended on very next day whether it is 'Sunday' or 'Gazetted Holidays' and nothing extra shall be payalbe to contractor on this account. ARMAAN complaints shall also be collected and rectified same day and report of the same shall be submitted to JE Incharge.

(iv) for item no 1 to 5 the complaint slip and register log sheet shall be arranged by the contractor.

(v)The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.

S&F 4 mm thick pin headed or figured glass and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage line of dia 150mm to 300mm from first manhole to final drop outlet into the septic tank or main trunk line by machenical process (by super saucer machine) or jetting machine by injecting water pressure with cutting tools compressure etc. all as specified and directed including removal of sludge/mud/ silt (liquid or dry) in foul position out side of MOD land including takingout manhole covers, sludge cleaning from manholes and refixing the same in position and making good to disturbed portion if any, complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for cleaning of exsting of sewage manholes of any size any depth bailing out of sludge/mud or silt solid or semi solid materials deposited in manholes with mechanical means / appliances and removal of the same out of MoD land and burrying the entire solid/semi solid material under ground including excavation of suitable pit for it all as spd & directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage line with super sucker machine with 3000 ltr sludge slurry capacity, with and including sucking in, pumping out of MoD land and carrying staff and appliances which are essential for entire removal process, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth with stainless steel 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with wire staples (for windows and gauzed doors) all as specified and directed

S & F in repair stainless steel pipe of 25 mm dia for curtain rod including fixing with bracket & funnel complete all as specified & directed. Note: Only SS pipe will measured for payment purpose.
