Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil by manual or mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) incl. dressing of sides & ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr. incl. disposal or filling of excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excl. the cost of centring & shuttering incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.- All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L

Providing & laying in position Plum concrete work of 1 : 3 : 6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size ) using plum @ 30% of gross volumes upto plinth level. The Plums used of size over 160 mm split nallah stone or quary stone , excluding the cost of centring and shuttering but including the cost of boulders , all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level. 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo Mechanically Treated bars incl. all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies & access platform.
