Charpoy GI Pipe 32mm with Plywood Top (FD-220) :- Removing following unserviceable items of Charpoy GI Pipe 32mm without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed. (i)Removing of old unserviceable Plywood 12mm thick from charpoy GI Pipe 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing New plywood Top and providing 12mm thick BWR plywood 7 ply ISI Marked confirming to IS-303 of size 1980x900mm with 4mm thick well seasoned 2nd class hard wood beading all around fixed with existing pattern including nutt, bolt, washers and necessary drilling on each rails/Stiffener of GI Charpoy all as per drawing and directed. Make of Plywood: Archid/Greenply/Century or equivalent as approved.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 32mm dia medium grade long rail including cutting, threading for GI Charpoy (FD-220) all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. (Note: Long Rails are screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Making of short rails for GI Charpoys 32mm dia made out of from broken long rails obtained from srl item No 1.02 above including cutting & threading rails and fixing in replacement all as specified and direced. (Note: Short Rails are screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Making of Legs for GI Charpoys 32mm dia made out from broken short rails obtained from Srl item No 1.04 above including cutting, threading and fixing in replacement and providing Hard Rubber Shoes of appopriate size of superior quality at bottom and duly applying two coat of synthetic enamel black paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Legs are screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable 32mm dia medium grade GI elbow three ways all as specified and directed.

BED HARD STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08R) : Removing following unserviceable items of bed hard steel without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed.(i) Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable board of Head board, shall be of 18/19 mm thick Medium density Fibre board (MDF) exterior grade ISI Marked (IS:12406-2003) with exposed face covered with 1mm thick decorative laminates Type-I ISI Marked (IS:2046-1995) of surface finish colour and pattern as approved, affix with synthetic glue and exposed edges provided with 4 mm thick with width equal to thickness of board of 2nd class hard wood Screwed to MS Strip of head board all as per drawing or as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable Board of Foot Board, shall be of 18 mm thick Medium density Fibre board (MDF) exterior grade ISI Marked (IS:12406-2003) with exposed face covered with 1mm thick decorative laminates Type-I ISI Marked (IS:2046-1995) of surface finish colour and pattern as approved, affix with synthetic glue and exposed edges provided with 4 mm thick with width equal to thickness of board of 2nd class hard wood Screwed to MS Strip of foot board all as per drawing or as directed.

Supply and fixing in replecement of 20mm x 45mm of 18 gauge MS Strip (Including necessary welding) all as per drawing and as directed.

M & L for fixing (only) of long rails (Including necessary welding/Nut & Bolts) to Head Board and Foot Board as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable, worn out ply wood 12mm thick BWR plywood 7 ply ISI Marked confirming to IS-303 all as per drawing. Make of Plywood: Archid/Greenply/Century or equivalent as approved.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable Hard rubber Shoes of appropriate Size all as per drawing.

CHARPOY MS SQUARE PIPE WITH HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01) : Removing following unserviceable items of Charpoy IP with hard top without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed. (i)Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable stiffener (including welding) made of 25mm square MS Pipe (16 Gauge) all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable, worn out ply wood 12mm thick BWR plywood 7 ply ISI Marked confirming to IS-303 all as per drawing. Make of Plywood: Archid/Greenply/Century or equivalent as approved.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable Hard rubber Shoes of appropriate Size all as per drawing.

Almirah large Steel (FD-1031, FD-1033, FD/E6/MAP/18):Taking Out following unserviceable items of Almirah Large steel without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed. (a)Taking out existing unserviceable three way locking device and providing new locking device including welding of rods, box etc complete all as directed.

(b) Taking down unserviceable handle and S&F with new handle Brass chromium plated screw type of size 150mm with nut and washer including necessary welding to make good the surface. All as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make :- HARRISON/GODREJ or equivalent make).

(c) Taking out and removing the old damaged bottom leg (left/right from its position and S&F new bottom leg made out of 20 guage (1 mm) plain black steel sheet (PBI sheet) fixed by run welding incl. painting with two coat of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

(d)Taking out and removing unserviceable lock and replacing fixing new brass body six lever lock with duplicate key for Almirah large Steel all as per directed . Make of Locks: Harrison/Godrej/Link

(e)Taking out old unserviceable/damaged door shutter (left/right) from its position of almirah large steel and S & F new door shutter as per existing shape and size made out of 1.00mm thick MS plain black steel sheet (PBI sheet) by providing new hinges and make it smooth functional including painting with two coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spraying complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drg.

(f) Taking down unserviceable shelves and S&F new shelves made out of 1.00mm thick MS plain black sheet including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (olive green) over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer by spray painting including necessary prepration of surfaces after complete all as specified & as directed and as shown on drawing

Almirah medium/Small Steel (FD-1032,):Taking Out following unserviceable items of Almirah medium/Small steel without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed. Table Clerk Steel (FD-84 (M), FD-1004): Taking out and removing following unserviceable items of Table Clerk steel without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed. (c) Taking out & removing of old unserviceable lock from drawer from its position and S&F brass chromium plated 6 lever steel lock with keys in duplicate complete Make: Godrej/Harrison/Link.

(d) M&L for spot welding in repair of broken steel frame and drawer of table office clerk steel complete.

Table office officer Steel (FD-84 (M), FD-1003): Taking out and removing following unserviceable items of Table officer steel without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed. Chair Verandah (FD-256) (FD-359): - Taking out following unserviceable items of Chair Verandah without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed. (a) Taking out unserviceable legs of chair verandah and supply and fixing in replacement of leg frame of size 20mm dia 16 gauge of Mild steel conduit pipe with hard rubber shoes and welding in running hand all as per drg and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable cane from Chair verandah steel and weaving the same with plastic cane 4 mm wide half round of approved quality duly applying Two coat of synthetic enamelled white paint of approved quality to the steel surfaces of chair before canning. NOTE :- (i) Canning shall be done in "GODREJ PATTERN" (ii) The cane shall be of "AJAY/MPI/SHAH GARWARE or equivalent"

Taking out unserviceable Hard Rubber Shoes and supply and fix in replacement of Hard Rubber Shoes of appropriate size all as per drg and as directed.

Chair CB Steel with/without Arms {FD-75 (M)}: Taking out following unserviceable items of Chair CB Steel with/without Arms without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed.(a) Taking out and S&F of Flat iron support of 25/20 x 5mm and 50mm long fixed to frame of chair CB Steel with Arms /without Arms including applying two coats of synthetic enamel OG/Grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed.

(b) Taking out unserviceable and Supply and Fix of seat made from Ist class hardwood teak duly canned in 'Godrej' pattern with 1.6mm plastic canned duly finished chair CB Steel with or without Arms as per drg and all as directed.

(c) Taking out unserviceable and Supply and Fix made from 2nd class hardwood duly canned in 'Godrej' pattern with 1.6mm plastic canned duly finished chair CB Steel with or without Arms as per drg all as directed.

(a)Taking out old unserviceable Seat of Chair Revolving Executive and supply & fixing New Seat of Chair Revolving Executive all as per drawing & as directed. Note: Seat Shall be fixed over 12mm thick Hot Pressed plywood commercial and shall be upholstered with superior quality tapestry and moulded polyurithane foam 75mm thick of 50 density with PVC Lipping all round, cloth of approved shade, texture and premium quality) .

(b)Taking out old unserviceable Back of Chair Revolving Executive and supply & fixing New Back of Chair Revolving Executive all as per drawing & as directed. Note: Back Shall be fixed over 12mm thick Hot Pressed Plywood Commercial and shall be uplolstrered with superior quality tapestry and moulded polyurithance foam 25mm of 50 density and shall be disigned with contour lumber support for Extra comfort with PVC Lippling all round, cloth of approved shade, texture and premium quality)

(c)Taking out old unserviceable Arms rest of Chair Revolving Executive and Supply & Fixing New Arms Rest of Chair Revolving Executive all as per Drawing and directed. Note: Arm Rest shall be polyurethene "D" Shape Black integral Skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be Scrach and weather resistant.

(d)Taking out old unserviceable Revolving Wheels of Chair Revolving Executive and Supply & Fixing New Revolving Wheel of Chair Revolving Executive premium quality all as exsiting specification and directed.

(e)Taking out old unserviceable Hydrolic System (Air Soft) and supply and fixing New Hydrolic System (Air Soft) premium quality all as per existing specification and Directed.

(f)Taking out old unserviceable padestal Assembly and supply and fixing new Steel Padestal Assembly all as per existing specification and as directed by Engr in charge..
