Provision of Manning operation and maintenance of various E M inst. Pump House No. 1 No. 2 at Jorhat GRN and Pump House No. 3 STP at Ranghaihabi Tea Estate Jorhat (Assam) under HQ 25 Sector AR

Daily mainenance, manning and operation of the water supply installations with one operator in each shift (Two shifts for two installations and each shift consisting 8 hrs per shift) including Sunday and holiday as per specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge Notes: (i)The terms of daily operation includes cleaning of installations, minor maintenance of pump/motors and DG sets .cleaning inserting gland packing for pumps and valves ,maintaining hourly reading and recording of each pump motor and DG sets , maintaining Log sheets in standard performa to make records in consultation with Engr-in-Charge and periodically maintanance of IRP includes backwashing minimum of twice a week. Feeding of chemical incl bleaching/alum/soda ash powder. maintenance & repair of electrical accessories as per direction of Engr-inCharge. Cleaning of Sedimentation Tank, Aeration Tower, & Over head Storage Tank monthly or as required. (ii). the employees should have other then ITI certificate holder or 3 year expireance in any Govt/privet sector. (iii) The fuel and Lubricants shall be issued under Schedule B for plant and machinary. (iv) Spares will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Daily maintenance and attending water supply complaints for distribution water pipe lines of various sizes in one shifts per day consisting of 8 hrs per shift /day including Sunday and Holidays for entire Pump House 1, 2 & SF Accn, Jorhat. Note:-The plumber should have Skilled minimum ITI Certificate holder or equivelent.

Daily maintenance and attending electrical complaints comprising day to day complaints for entire Garrision area, periodical checking of electrical eqpts( HT and LT supply) in one shifts per day consisting of 8 hrs per shift including sunday and holiday as per specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge Note:- The electrician should have skilled minimum ITI certificate holder or equivelent.

Out sourcing service for operation , safe guarding and maintenance of sewage treatment plant NGPT based (capacity-57.5 Cum/day ) including various electrical and mechanical equipments at Rangaihabi Tea estate SF accn area and attending minor fault of STP, maintenance of chlorine PPM, TDS testing of treated water all as specified and directed by Enr-in-charge by employing suitably qualified & experienced tradesman 02 Nos for two shifts (one for each shift ie. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs). The installation manned for daily bases including sunday and holiday. The trademan will be in possession of required working/safety tools to operate the plant /DG set/controll panels.The person should carrying out the maintenance of plant and keeping the installation neat and clean.All documents related to the equipments such as log sheet , record of SEB power supply are to be maintained as per prescribed format approved by Engr- in-Charge .The installation consist of the following a) Raw sewage pump 3.0 HP/2.2 KW capacity- 02 Nos b) chlorine dosing pump of .25 HP capacity - 01 Nos c) MGF feed pump 1.5 HP-02 Nos (d) Treated water feed pump 1.5 HP -01 Nos Notes: (i) The terms of daily operation includes cleaning of installation, maintenance of main control panel room as per direction of Engr-inCharge. (ii). The employees should have well experience to operate plant for the same field. (iii) The expendeture incurred necessary T& P ,Dress, safty hardness equipments comunications, stationery, insurance of tradesman etc as per specification and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Chemical and bacteriological testing of water sample collected from various pump houses as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-water sample be collected from place given by Engr -in- Charge and ensure proper water testing carried out from Govt approved laborateory and after testing,water report collected from Govt agency to be submitted to Department.

M& L for servicing of silent diesel engine generating set capacity 25/30 KVA (Make: Kirloskar/ Greaves/Eicher) as per prescribed in repairs and maintenance by authorised OEM , cleaning and servicing of fuel supply assembly ,radiator assembly, AVR unit, AMF penal, incl repacement of minor spare parts viz. air filter ,oil filter , fuel filter ,battery terminals complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The contractor will attend breakdown with in 24 Hrs incase of genrator gets off road or any other fault occured .

M& L for servicing of silent diesel engine generating set capacity 63/100 KVA (Make: Kirloskar/ Greaves/Eicher) as per prescribed in repairs and maintenance manual by authorised OEM , cleaning and servicing of fuel supply assembly ,radiator assembly, AVR unit, AMF penal, incl repacement of minor spare parts viz. air filter ,oil filter , fuel filter ,battery terminals complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The contractor will attend breakdown with in 24 Hrs incase of genrator gets off road or any other fault occured .

M&L of repair/service of upto 15 HP Submersible pump set complete dismantling, cleaning, re-winding with suitable gauge of copper wire varnishing, heating, servicing of pump assembly including lifting/lowering of pump set from borehole and after repair of pump motor lowering in position re-assembling all the dismanlted components with testing, commissioning to the entire satisfaction incl repairing of starter with one as per directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for disconnection/ dismentling of electric motor of capacity 15 HP, 3Ph, 415 Volt. taking out old unserviceable burnt winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire, 'H' Class of suitable size including insulating material such as varnish, sleeves, paper etc and refixing the same in position with proper elignment and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disconnection/ dismentling of electric motor of capacity 7.5 HP, 3Ph, 415 Volt. Taking out old unserviceable burnt winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire, 'H' Class of suitable size including insulating material such as varnish, sleeves, paper etc and refixing the same in position with proper elignment and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling the coupling and taking out pump of 7.5/15 HP pump set and transport to work shop including opening the pump, replacement unserviceable both side bearing and bushes, shaft seal assembly and worn out nut and bolts gaskets, machining of shafts, over hauling & greasing of pump and reassembling complete with testing motor at site all as specified .

Repair/servicing of 1 HP monoblock pump set single phase 230 Volt taking out old unserviceable burnt winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire, 'H' Class of suitable size including insulating material such as varnish, sleeves, paper etc and refixing the same in position with proper elignment and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.specified .

Step 2: Tools used in tank cleaning process are disinfected. Step 3: Water and sludge is drained out from the tank using a sludge pump. Step 4 : manula scrubbing of the tank is done to remove the dirt, sediments, fungus & stains. Step 5: Walls, ceilling and floor of the tank is washed using a high pressure jet/Eqpt. Step 6 Vaccum cleaning is done to ensure that all the dirt is sucked out. Step 7 Vacuumed tank is disinfected with bleach incl lime wash. Step 8: Tank is clean and ready to be filled with water for domestic use. Note : All the required Tools and plants, lubricants/oils and materials will be supplied by the contractor during the work.

Dewatering the water /sludge from following tanks by any means and cleaning internal portion of tank(bottom and side of tank)by means of coir/wire brush etc and wash the enterior portion by using bleaching powder removal of sludge,vegetation,muds etc clear away all vegitation,sapling undergrowth roots etc and trees not exc 30 cm grith up to 50m arround the peripheri of the tank /structure from external wall surface all as specified and as directed for thr following capacities (The cost includes necessary T&P items be incorporated with the works) :- (i) Bar screen chamber tank ( size 1.2 mx1.4x0.8m)

(ii) Raw sewage collection tank (size 2.75m x2.75m x 2.0mtr)

(iii) Clarified tank (size 4.0m x4.0m x1.65m)

(iv) Treated water tank (size 2.75m x2.75m x 2.45m)

(v) NGPT steel enclosed cylindercal water tank (size 9.48 m x2.32 m x3.0 m)

ANSIKA CONSTRUCTION
