Loading and Unloading of 230 kV, 1x1200 sq.mm, XLPE, Al. UG Cable and 110kV, 1x630 Sq.mm XLPE Al. UG cable from GCC Ambattur Stores / CDC Ambattur Stores or Allotted place to CMRL Koyambedu 230/110 kV GIS SS including cost of labour, Crane hire charges, lead,lift,tools and plants etc., in complete.

Transporatation for 230kV, 1x1200 Sq.mm cable, 110kV 1x630Sq.mm Cable and 230kV & 110kV Equipments,etc., Bus bars and Zebra conductors, etc and other accessories from GCC/CDC Ambattur / Sriperumbudur Stores/Allotted site to Koyambedu CMRL 230/110 kV GIS SS site.

Laying of 230kV cable in trench and duct by means of winch over rollers, dressing the cable in trefoil formation, tying the cable with nylon rope at every 3m intervals, painting & marking.The rate includes the cost of loading of winch, rollers from Contractors Pocket store using truck mounted cranes, transporting to site by means of low bed trailor, unloading at site using truck mounted crane, positioning of winxh, rollers and cable drums in its position, pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side, hire charges of all required machineries, devolution of any balance cables to CDC stores including all tools & plants, labour consumables, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply and Erection charges for 230 kV Outdoor termination kit and terminal connnnectors including supply of all accessories like clamp at Switch yard end, hardwares etc and including provision of necessary scaffolding structure, Clean Room Chamber as required at site suitable for 230 kV , 1 x 1200 Sq.mm LPE, Aluminium Cables with necessary spring loaded clamp, lead, lift,etc for connecting the cable from 230 kV GIS breaker to transformer including earthing.

Supply, fabrication, sand blasting & Zinc painting of (125 x 65 /100x50/ any size etc) and MS angle, MS Channels various size including the cost of all materials, transport,labour,lead, lift etc., complete as per IS Specification and as directed by the dept.engineer at site for cable support frames in cable gallery.

Labour for erection of structure, cable support channel, cable support between pot and ss end, mountng CCPU box including the cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the dept.engineer at site.cable support frames in cable gallery Light section structure. (Sectional weight 14kg/m and below)

Supply of earth electrode 6.00mtr. Length. With 40mm MS Rod including transport and other charges and erection of earth spikes, including cost of MS Rod 40mm,transport, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the dept.engineer at site

Labour machineries, consumables for fabrication of earth electrode 10Mtr/6Mtr length or directed by the field engineer.

Supply of MS Flat various size for earthmat & earth raisers (65 X 10MM, 50 X 8mm & etc.) including cost of transport & other incidental charges.

Labour machineries,consumables for erection of earthmat & earth raisers for outdoor and Indoor cable support structure, LAS, earth painting, etc as directed by the dept. engineer at site.

Providing 140/150mm dia bore including labour, lead,lift etc., including mobilization in all type of soil and erection of earth electrode, supply and providing of A Grade bentonite powder with 5% common salt mixed with available site clay soil 5kg per metre depth in earth hole as direcetd by the field engineer.

Labour for excavation and refilling to trench of average width of 0.3m and average depth of 0.8 m earthmat and laying of below fixed lard level and of any size as required by field engineer.

Labour for painting of green enamel paint on all kind of structure earthing includingremoval of rust using wire brush and painting brush etc., including the cost of paint ( Dulex,Asian,Berger Preferred ) and other consumables as directed by the Field Engineer

Supply and providing of 600 mm mean dia,300mm height, 36mm thick cement collar for identification of earth electrode location including 1 primer and 2 coat of colour wash as directed by field engineer.

Labour for Erection of bus bar including fabrication and any modification of end clamp wherever necessary and the cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by the engineer at site. Using 75mm IPS AL tube with making bends

Supply, fabrication, Galvenising and erection of charges 110 kV Outdoor termination kit support structure (3 nos ) including all accessories suitable for 110 kV , 1 x 630 Sq.mm LPE, Aluminium Cables with necessary provisions for fixing 110 kV LAS, spring loaded clamp, earthing arrangements, Laying of sheath bonding cable and CCPU for connecting cable from 110 kV GIS breaker.

Labour for providing jumpers and droppers as directed by the dept. engineer at site.

Labour charges for Supply of required quantity of High qulality SF6 Gas in Non returnable Cylinders and filling in the existing 230 kV GIS Breaker chambers and 110 kV GIS Breaker chamber as required at site to maintainn the pressure and also to make good any loss of gas during the termination works as required for satisfatctory testing and commissioing including transport of Cylinders, Storage, Lead, Lift etc.

Labour charges for Testing and Commissioning of 230 kV and 110 kV Cable and Terminations as required at site for satisfactory commissioing.

Labour charges for supply and usage of Consumeables for filling of SF6 gas and Making cable chamber vermin proof including cost of patti, cleaning and tightning of end cover etc.

Breaking of walls, cable trench, excavation of earth and refilling and plastering including provision of 6" / 4" hose pipes as required at site for cable laying and termination.
